- internal-controls-and-auditcbrock84/headcountDesigns and tests controls over financial reporting — segregation of duties, approval limits, evidence, and preparing for audit. Use this to design controls for a process, prepare for an external audit, respond to an audit finding, set approval thresholds, or assess where a small team's segregation of duties is genuinely broken.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- positioning-and-messagingcbrock84/headcountEstablishes what a product is understood to be, for whom, and instead of what — then turns that into the messaging every other surface inherits. Use this when messaging is inconsistent across channels, when prospects misunderstand what the product does, when entering a new segment, when competitors are being compared against you unfavorably, or before any campaign, launch, or site rewrite.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- procurement-and-sourcingcbrock84/headcountBuys well — specifying need, running competitive sourcing, negotiating, and category strategy before a contract exists. Use this to run an RFP or vendor selection, negotiate a purchase, consolidate spend across a category, decide between single and multiple suppliers, or bring uncontrolled spending under management.LegalNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- taxcbrock84/headcountStructures the tax questions a growing business faces — corporate income, sales and use, payroll, nexus, and the obligations created by hiring or selling somewhere new. Use this to work out what a new state or country obligates you to, prepare for a tax filing or audit, understand sales tax on your product, or check what a remote hire or new market triggers.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- presentation-designcbrock84/headcountDesigns slide decks and one-pagers that carry an argument rather than decorate one — deck structure, headlines that state the takeaway, charts that make a single point, and the different rules board decks and conference talks follow. Use this to build or fix a pitch deck, board deck, or conference talk, to design a one-pager, or when a deck is dense, unfocused, or being read aloud from the slides. For social graphics, carousels and infographics, use `marketing:visual-content` instead.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- speak-summarygithub/awesome-copilotConvert text, markdown, or a summary produced by another skill into a listenable MP3 using local CPU-only neural text-to-speech. Rewrites written prose for the ear before synthesising. Use when the user asks to "read this out", "turn this into audio", "make an MP3", "I want to listen to this", "podcast version", or wants a spoken digest for a commute or breakfast.ProductivityNo warnings★ 40.8K↓ —
- customer-researchcbrock84/headcountPlans, runs, and synthesizes customer research — interviews, surveys, win-loss analysis, and message testing — into findings that change decisions. Use this when the customer is being guessed at, before positioning or a major launch, when churn or conversion has an unexplained cause, or when a team is arguing from anecdotes. Also use to turn raw interview notes into usable findings.ScienceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- qutipK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsSimulate and audit closed and open quantum-system models with QuTiP 5, including deterministic, trajectory, steady-state, spectral, and phase-space workflows. Use for local quantum-dynamics work where physical assumptions, dimensions, and numerical convergence must be explicit.PlanningNo warnings★ 56K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- public-relationscbrock84/headcountPlans and executes earned media — press strategy, journalist outreach, announcements, commentary, and crisis response. Use this to plan a press push, write a pitch or release, find and approach the right journalists, prepare for an interview, decide whether something is newsworthy, or respond to a story going badly.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- service-deskcbrock84/headcountRuns the IT service desk — intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, knowledge, and the metrics that improve service rather than distort it. Use this to set up or fix a service desk, design ticket priority and escalation, reduce repeat contacts, structure a knowledge base, or work out why a desk hitting its targets still frustrates everyone.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- slKaelio/ktxktx's semantic layer - a structured catalog of sources (tables/views), measures, joins, and segments expressed as YAML. Covers the schema and how to query it via `sl_query`. Use when the task involves querying pre-defined metrics (ARR, churn, retention, LTV, MAU) or reading SL source YAML to understand the catalog. Capture is handled by the `sl_capture` skill (memory-agent only).ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- mex-relaymex-memory/mexPrepare and manage durable MEX team handoffs. Use when the user asks to hand work to a person or team, prepare an end-of-session handoff, save what the next engineer needs, create a MEX Relay, take or close a Relay, or explicitly invokes /mex-relay or $mex-relay. Treat Relay as a memory and context baton, not chat, notifications, task assignment, issue tracking, or a Jira replacement; do not activate for ordinary status messages that are not durable handoffs.ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- financial-modelingcbrock84/headcountBuilds and stress-tests financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and decision support — revenue build, cost structure, driver logic, and the sensitivities that show where a plan breaks. Use this to model a decision's financial consequence, build a forecast or long-range plan, evaluate an investment or hire, or pressure-test someone else's model before relying on it.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- reddit-warmupbrowser-act/skillsRuntime-neutral Reddit account warm-up and brand promotion skill for AI agents. Systematically grow newly registered or existing Reddit accounts into credible identities, then organically plant brand content in target subreddits to eventually promote products or tools. Use for: register or take over a Reddit account and start the full warm-up cycle, build a credible Reddit account from scratch, run automated daily tasks on a schedule, camp on a post after publishing to reply, run multiple accounts sequentially. Triggers: reddit warmup / 30-day warmup / start warmup / build reddit karma / reddit brand promotion / reddit automated posting / today's task - reddit warmup <user> / Day N warmup / enter brand phase / refresh subreddit pool / camp <user> / stop camping / pause warmup / resume warmup / delete account / promote on reddit. EXECUTION RULE: before taking any action, load the reference files listed in the Phase Router section of this skill. - steve-jobs-design-reviewwondelai/skillsReview designs, products, and features with Steve Jobs' standards: ruthless simplicity, focus, and end-to-end excellence. Use when the user mentions "Steve Jobs review", "design review", "product review", "what would Steve do", "insanely great", "this feels too complicated", "too many features", "product taste", "saying no", or "is this good enough to ship". Also trigger when critiquing a UI, feature, or roadmap for focus and simplicity, cutting scope to the essential, or pressure-testing the whole experience from first run to daily use. Covers the simplicity audit, the no list, design-is-how-it-works, end-to-end ownership, demo culture, and a Jobs-style review protocol with binary verdicts. For visual design fundamentals, see refactoring-ui. For usability audits, see ux-heuristics. For detail polish, see microinteractions.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- blog-briefAgriciDaniel/claude-blogCreate a content brief for ONE planned post: target and secondary keywords, search intent, template choice, competitor gaps from the live SERP, sourced statistics to include, section plan, internal-link targets, and distribution ideas. Use when the user says "content brief", "blog brief", "SEO brief", "article brief". Not a skeleton only (blog-outline), a multi-post plan (blog-strategy, blog-calendar, blog-cluster), or the article itself (blog-write).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- blog-auditAgriciDaniel/claude-blogFull-site blog health assessment scanning all blog files for quality scores, orphan pages, topic cannibalization, stale content, and AI citation readiness. Runs canonical batch analysis before site-wide checks. Produces per-post scores and a prioritized action queue. Use when the user asks for a site-wide blog health check across many posts ("blog audit", "blog health", "audit all posts", "site audit of the blog"). For one post, or a quality score with fixes for a few named files, use blog-analyze instead.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-calendarAgriciDaniel/claude-blogBuild a dated monthly or quarterly editorial calendar: which posts to publish or review when, content mix, templates, distribution timing, and a material-change review queue. Use when the user says "editorial calendar", "content calendar", "publishing schedule", "what should I write this month". Not for positioning or pillars (blog-strategy), SERP-validated cluster maps (blog-cluster), or detecting declining pages from Search Console exports (blog-decay). Publication frequency is not a ranking signal.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- fable-loopSahir619/fable-methodEnd-to-end orchestrated workflow that runs a task the way Fable ran sessions - parallel evidence subagents, one committed plan, surgical execution with an intent gate, adversarial verification agents, honest outcome-first report. Use for non-trivial multi-step tasks when the user says "/fable-loop", "run the fable loop", or "do this the way Fable would". For the rules alone without orchestration, use fable-method; for large multi-phase projects, prefer the GSD workflow and use this inside phases.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.3K↓ —
- fable-judgeSahir619/fable-methodAdversarial verification of finished work. Treats any "done" as a set of claims, then re-runs the claimed verifications, diffs what actually changed, detects weakened tests and false completion claims, and delivers an evidence-based verdict (VERIFIED / VERIFIED WITH CAVEATS / REFUTED). Use after any agent or model claims work is complete - "/fable-judge", "judge this work", "verify what it did", "did that actually work?". Also runs the fable-method trap suite against a skill or model via "/fable-judge suite TARGET".TestingNo warnings★ 2.3K↓ —
worldbuilding
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
How to work in a Worldbuilding project (the `worldbuilding` starter pack): a fiction encyclopedia of characters, settings, themes, factions, and lore. Read when the project has these folders, OR when asked to add a character, setting, faction, or piece of lore, or to check the world for internal consistency. Carries the auto-stub and consistency behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.
