- threat-modelingcbrock84/headcountIdentifies what could go wrong in a system before it is built or changed — the assets worth attacking, the entry points, the trust boundaries, and the controls that actually address the realistic threats. Use this when designing a feature or system, when a change touches authentication, data handling, payments, or external input, before a security review, or when deciding which security work is worth doing at all.SecurityNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- distressed-maKlotzkette/claude-fuer-deutsches-rechtFür Distressed M&A: ordnet Norm, Beweislast und Gegenargument; Ergebnis: Prüfprodukt mit Risiko und nächstem Schritt. Fachgebiet: Corporate-Kanzlei.OtherNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —
- create-lecturepedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowCreate a new Beamer lecture `.tex` from source papers and materials, with notation consistency checks and the project's preamble wired in. Use when user says "create a lecture on X", "new lecture from these papers", "start a deck on topic Y", "scaffold a new Beamer file", "build me a lecture from these PDFs". Scaffolds the full deck — NOT for compiling existing `.tex` (use `/compile-latex`).DocumentsNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- pentest-commandszebbern/claude-code-guideThis skill should be used when the user asks to "run pentest commands", "scan with nmap", "use metasploit exploits", "crack passwords with hydra or john", "scan web vulnerabilities with nikto", "enumerate networks", or needs essential penetration testing command references.SecurityNo warnings★ 4.7K↓ —
- chief-executivecbrock84/headcountSets direction, allocates capital and attention, and makes the calls no one else can make. Use this when a decision spans more than one function, when priorities conflict and something must be cut, when a plan needs pressure-testing before commitment, or when the question is what the organization should do rather than how to do it. Also use to route a request to the right executive when it is unclear who owns it.TestingNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- quality-managementcbrock84/headcountBuilds quality into operations — defining standards, catching defects at the right point, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Use this to reduce a defect or error rate, design quality controls into a process, run a root cause analysis, respond to a customer quality complaint, or set up quality metrics that drive behavior.DesignNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- product-requirementscbrock84/headcountWrites down what is being built so a team can build it and know when they are done — problem and success measure before solution, scope stated by exclusion, user-visible behavior including the states everyone forgets, acceptance criteria someone can test, and the open questions named rather than buried. Use this to write a specification, review one that is causing rework, or work out why a delivered feature technically matched the request and still was not what anyone wanted.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- dsgvo-auskunftKlotzkette/claude-fuer-deutsches-rechtFür DSGVO-Auskunftsrecht (Art. 15 DSGVO): ordnet Norm, Beweislast und Gegenargument; Ergebnis: Prüfprodukt mit Risiko und nächstem Schritt.OtherNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —
- chief-product-officercbrock84/headcountAn agent organization structured as a company — 15+ departments, 125+ skills, each independently installable, citing the standards and regulators that settle the question. Runs in Claude Code and ChatGPT.LegalNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- data-governancecbrock84/headcountEstablishes ownership, definitions, quality, access, and lineage for the organization's data. Use this when metrics disagree between teams, when nobody knows which dataset is authoritative, when setting up data ownership or access policy, when data quality is unreliable, or before opening a dataset to a wider audience.OtherNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- relionK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsValidates and executes RELION single-particle cryo-EM refinement and half-map postprocessing. Supports STAR optics/acquisition checks, particle-stack consistency, gold-standard half sets, soft-mask validation, diagnostic Fourier shell correlation, and restart guidance.OtherNo warnings★ 55.4K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- employment-compliancecbrock84/headcountCovers the employment rules that carry real penalties — exempt and non-exempt classification, overtime and hours, employee versus contractor status, work authorization and recordkeeping, accommodation requests, and the notices and retention obligations that go with them. Use this to classify a role, review a contractor arrangement, respond to an accommodation request, work out what records to keep and for how long, or sanity-check a practice you inherited.LegalNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- performance-managementcbrock84/headcountRuns performance systems that change behavior — expectations, feedback, review cycles, calibration, and handling underperformance. Use this to design or fix a review process, run calibration, write or coach on feedback, address sustained underperformance, or work out why reviews consume weeks and change nothing.DesignNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- lead-capturecbrock84/headcountConverts anonymous traffic into known contacts — lead magnets, gated content, free tools, popups, and the forms behind them. Use this to design or improve a lead magnet, plan a free tool, add or fix popups and overlays, improve form conversion, or decide what is worth gating and what should stay open.DesignNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- treasury-and-liquiditycbrock84/headcountManages cash and liquidity — cash forecasting, runway, working capital, banking structure, and currency and counterparty exposure. Use this to build a cash forecast, extend runway, improve working capital, decide where cash should sit, or assess exposure to a bank, currency, or customer concentration.OtherNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- interface-craftcbrock84/headcountRaises the visual and interaction quality of an interface — layout, hierarchy, type, spacing, density, and the details that separate a considered product from a generic one. Use this when a screen works but looks unfinished or default, when a layout feels crowded or arbitrary, when a page has no clear focal point, or when an interface needs to feel trustworthy rather than merely functional.DesignNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- ncats-araxK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsQueries the NCATS Translator ARAX production API for bounded, typed, provenance-rich one-hop and endpoint-pinned two-hop biomedical knowledge-graph relationships. Use for Biolink-constrained RTX-KG2 lookup, explicit selected-provider ARAX federation, separate entity normalization, qualifier-aware graph traversal, and inspection of TRAPI edge bindings, publications, and knowledge-source provenance. Do not use for inference, ranking, open-ended pathfinding, clinical guidance, or sensitive queries.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.4K↓ —
- compile-latexpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowCompile a Beamer LaTeX slide deck with XeLaTeX (3 passes + bibtex). Use when user says "compile", "build the slides", "rebuild the PDF", "run latex", "render the tex", or asks why a `.tex` file isn't producing a PDF. Operates on `Slides/*.tex`.DocumentsNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

- hypogenicK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPlans and audits use of ChicagoHAI HypoGeniC/HypoRefine for LLM-assisted hypothesis generation from labeled text datasets. Use for the `hypogenic` package, its task configs, hypothesis banks, or HypoBench datasets—not for manual hypothesis formulation or scientific validation.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.4K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- translatefeiskyer/claude-code-settingsTranslate English or Japanese tech articles into natural, fluent Chinese. Use whenever the user asks for Chinese translation, says "translate to Chinese" or "翻译", or provides English/Japanese content (pasted text or a file) to convert into Chinese. Chinese output only — not for translating into other languages.OtherNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- hivemind-goalsactiveloopai/hivemindCreate, track and update team goals in Hivemind via the `hivemind` CLI. Use whenever the user mentions a goal, objective, target, milestone, or asks to track progress on something measurable. blog-decay
AgriciDaniel/claude-blog
From the author
Compare two Google Search Console page exports (current vs previous period) to flag pages whose clicks or impressions fell by a chosen threshold, with a triage hint (refresh, query shift, consolidate, prune). The 20% default is a screening heuristic, not proof of decay. Use for "/blog decay", "content decay", "QoQ decline", "refresh declining posts". Needs two GSC exports; not for diagnosing a single traffic drop live (blog-google) or rewriting posts (blog-rewrite).
