- brand-voicecbrock84/headcountCaptures how a person or brand actually writes and turns it into reusable voice instructions every other content skill draws from. Use this before drafting any content for a new brand or client, when output keeps coming back sounding generic, when several writers need to sound like one, or when a voice needs defining without existing samples to learn from.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- scenario-grok-imagine-videoscenario-labs/skillsUse when generating or editing video with Grok Imagine models on Scenario via MCP: text-to-video, image-to-video from a first frame, reference-to-video with @image tags for consistent people, products, or clothing, prompt-based editing, extending a clip from its last frame, native audio with lip-synced dialogue and sound effects, or choosing between first-frame and reference conditioning. - scenario-image-editingscenario-labs/skillsUse when editing an existing image on Scenario through MCP with a tool model, not a new generation: upscale or enhance to 2x, 4K, 8K, super resolution, 3D LUT color grade, color correction, posterize, solarize, vignette, film grain, blur, sharpen, glow, chromatic aberration, oilify, cubism, crystallize, dodge and burn, tint, desaturate, expand or uncrop, reframe an aspect ratio, resize to exact pixels, slice tiles, contact sheet, split into layers, remove a background or watermark, vectorize.MediaNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —
- benefits-and-leavecbrock84/headcountDesigns and runs employee benefits and leave — health and retirement plans, leave policy, cost and renewal, and the administration that keeps them compliant. Use this to design or review a benefits package, prepare for a renewal, write leave policy, handle a leave request, or decide what benefits are worth their cost.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- threat-modelingcbrock84/headcountIdentifies what could go wrong in a system before it is built or changed — the assets worth attacking, the entry points, the trust boundaries, and the controls that actually address the realistic threats. Use this when designing a feature or system, when a change touches authentication, data handling, payments, or external input, before a security review, or when deciding which security work is worth doing at all.SecurityNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- scenario-minimax-videoscenario-labs/skillsUse when generating or editing video with MiniMax Hailuo models on Scenario via MCP: text-to-video, image-to-video, first and last frame anchors, reference images, videos, or audio, native stereo audio, bracketed camera commands, extending a clip, inserting a new scene into one, or recasting the people in it from photos. Keywords: MiniMax, Hailuo 3.0, H3, H3 Max, Turbo, Extend Video, Insert Video, Recast, Hailuo 2.3, T2V, I2V, V2V, 2K.MediaNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —
- seabornK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsCreates Seaborn statistical visualizations with pandas integration for distributions, relationships, categorical comparisons, regression displays, pair plots, and heatmaps. Supports function and objects interfaces with explicit aggregation, uncertainty, and missing-data handling. Best suited to static exploratory plots; plotly covers interactive figures and scientific-visualization covers publication styling.DataNo warnings★ 56K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- nature-reviewerYuan1z0825/nature-skillsProvide evidence-grounded mock peer review of scientific manuscripts or excerpts, covering significance, validity, and major/minor concerns. Use for 模拟审稿、投稿前自审、审稿人视角评估; not author rebuttal drafting.ScienceNo warnings★ 52K↓ —
- benefits-realizationcbrock84/headcountEnsures projects deliver the value they were approved on — defining measurable benefits, baselining, tracking after delivery, and honest post-implementation review. Use this to define benefits for a business case, set a baseline, track whether value actually landed, or run a post-implementation review that produces something useful.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- videodbsickn33/agentic-awesome-skillsVideo and audio perception, indexing, and editing. Ingest files/URLs/live streams, build visual/spoken indexes, search with timestamps, edit timelines, add overlays/subtitles, generate media, and create real-time alerts.MediaNo warnings★ 49.1K↓ —
- product-launchcbrock84/headcountTakes something built and gets it into the market — tiering the launch to match what it actually warrants, sequencing internal readiness before external announcement, preparing sales and support to answer the questions it creates, choosing the date for a reason, and measuring adoption rather than announcement reach. Use this to plan a launch, right-size one that is consuming more than it deserves, work out why a released feature nobody uses was launched loudly, or run the weeks after launch day.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- deal-negotiationcbrock84/headcountNegotiates a commercial deal without giving away the terms that matter — preparing your walk-away and theirs, trading concessions rather than conceding them, recognizing the tactics that create false urgency, protecting price by moving other variables, and closing on terms someone can actually deliver. Use this to prepare for a negotiation, respond to a demand mid-deal, work out why discounts keep landing at quarter end, or review terms before they are signed.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- chief-information-security-officercbrock84/headcountOwns the security posture of the organization — architecture, program strategy, risk acceptance, incident command, and the authority to stop work that creates unacceptable exposure. Use this for a security strategy or program decision, when a technical choice creates security risk that needs a verdict, when deciding whether to accept or block a risk, when standing up a security function, or when security and delivery priorities conflict and someone has to decide.SecurityNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- chief-executivecbrock84/headcountSets direction, allocates capital and attention, and makes the calls no one else can make. Use this when a decision spans more than one function, when priorities conflict and something must be cut, when a plan needs pressure-testing before commitment, or when the question is what the organization should do rather than how to do it. Also use to route a request to the right executive when it is unclear who owns it.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- geopandasK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsGuidance and local audit tools for Python workflows that directly use GeoPandas GeoSeries, GeoDataFrame, spatial operations, or vector-data I/O.EngineeringNo warnings★ 56K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- program-managementcbrock84/headcountPlans and drives cross-functional programs to delivery — scope, sequencing, dependencies, status, risk, and the escalations that keep work moving. Use this to run a multi-team initiative, recover a program that is slipping, build a delivery plan with dependencies, structure status reporting, or diagnose why cross-team work keeps missing dates.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- pydeseq2K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPerforms bulk RNA-seq differential expression analysis with PyDESeq2, including count validation, formula designs, explicit contrasts, Wald tests, FDR correction, coefficient-matched LFC shrinkage, and result visualization. Use for PyDESeq2 or Python DESeq2 workflows with biological replicates.TestingNo warnings★ 56K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- scenario-sparc3dscenario-labs/skillsUse when turning images or photos into 3D meshes with Sparc3D models on Scenario via MCP: single-image or multi-view image-to-3D, watertight meshes for game assets, AR/VR, or 3D printing, mesh-only versus PBR-textured output, face count targets, resolution tiers, or reconstructing human heads and busts with the Portrait variants. Keywords: Sparc3D 2.1 and 2.0, Hitem3D, image to 3D, img23d, multiview, watertight, PBR, GLB, OBJ, STL, FBX.MediaNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —
- ceo-advisorcbrock84/headcountPressure-tests a decision, plan, or idea before it is committed to — surfacing the assumption it rests on, the case against it, and what would have to be true for it to work. Use this when weighing options, when a plan needs challenging before commitment, when you have already decided and want a genuine gut check, when processing meeting notes into decisions, or when competing initiatives need ranking. Distinct from `chief-executive`, which owns direction; this one interrogates a specific decision.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- cobrapyK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPerforms constraint-based metabolic modeling with COBRApy, including FBA, pFBA, FVA, gene knockouts, flux sampling, growth media, production envelopes, gap filling, and SBML model validation for systems biology and metabolic engineering.ScienceNo warnings★ 56K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- scenario-multi-referencescenario-labs/skillsUse when one image must be composed from several reference pictures through the Scenario MCP server, each lending one thing: the character from one, the place, pose, style, light, palette, material, outfit, or layout from others. Also when a reference leaks into the result (its object, colors, or face showing where it should not) or a reference's role is ignored. Keywords: multi-reference, reference roles, combine references, style reference, pose reference, give each picture a job.MediaNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —
- activationcbrock84/headcountGets new users from signup to first real value — signup flow, onboarding, time-to-value, and the early experience that determines whether someone becomes a user or a lapsed account. Use this to design or fix signup and onboarding, diagnose why signups do not convert to active use, reduce time-to-value, or decide what a new user must accomplish first.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- pr-squash-messagescenario-labs/skillsGenerate one short Conventional Commits squash message describing only the net diff between the PR's base and head, set its header as the PR title, validate it with the repository's commitlint and both copy its description to the clipboard and display it, when asked for a squash message. Works in any Scenario repository, whatever its default branch.OtherNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —

writing-workflow
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
How to work in a Writing Pipeline project (the `writing-pipeline` starter pack): a three-stage drafting flow, ideas → drafts → published. Read when the project has these folders, OR when asked to capture an idea, start or revise a draft, review a piece before it ships, or publish it. Carries the stage flow and review behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.
