- positioning-mapperaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "map our positioning", "name our competitive alternatives", or "pick a beachhead segment for the launch"; produces a Dunford-style positioning canvas — named competitive alternatives (including spreadsheet and status quo), unique attributes (verifiable, or routed to the claims ledger), value themes (attribute→benefit→value chains), a target beachhead segment scored on serviceability / pain intensity / reachability, and a one-sentence onlyness statement — the sole upstream of the message house and the entity-signal source for the canonical entity profile. Not for the message house or per-channel launch copy — use message-house-builder; not for audience/persona profiling itself — use audience-mapper; not for SEO keyword positioning — use keyword-research. 定位画布/竞争替代品/独特价值/滩头细分DataNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

Not for scoring fit — use fit-scorer; not for reviewing content — use creator-content-auditor. 创作者档案/达人名册LegalNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- golang-observabilitysamber/cc-skills-golangGolang everyday observability — the always-on signals in production. Covers structured logging with slog, Prometheus metrics, OpenTelemetry distributed tracing, continuous profiling with pprof/Pyroscope, server-side RUM event tracking, alerting, and Grafana dashboards. Apply when instrumenting Go services for production monitoring, setting up metrics or alerting, adding OpenTelemetry tracing, correlating logs with traces, migrating legacy loggers (zap/logrus/zerolog) to slog, adding observability to new features, or implementing GDPR/CCPA-compliant tracking with Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Not for temporary deep-dive performance investigation (→ See `samber/cc-skills-golang@golang-benchmark` and `samber/cc-skills-golang@golang-performance` skills).DevOpsNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- programmatic-seonowork-studio/notfair-pluginProgrammatic SEO planning and audit: building or evaluating large sets of template-generated pages that target long-tail query patterns (e.g. "[service] in [city]", "[product] vs [product]", "[tool] for [use-case]"). Covers data-source and template design, thin/duplicate-content and doorway-page risks, per-page uniqueness and value thresholds, internal linking and hubs, indexation management (publish vs. noindex), and scaling without a manual action. Use whenever the user wants to generate many pages from a template/dataset, build location/comparison/use-case pages at scale, or asks why generated pages aren't indexing. Trigger on: "programmatic SEO", "pSEO", "generate pages at scale", "templated pages", "location pages at scale", "comparison pages", "[city] pages", "my generated pages aren't indexed", "doorway pages", "scale content". For one-off content use /content-writer; for keyword discovery use /keyword-research.MarketingNo warnings★ 4.1K↓ —

- capture-environmentpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowSnapshot the computational environment for a replication package — detects the analysis stack (R / Stata / Python) and emits the right lockfiles (renv.lock + sessionInfo.txt, requirements.txt / environment.yml / uv.lock, Stata version + ado package list), records seeds and RNG kind, optionally writes a pinning Dockerfile, and produces a paste-ready "Computational requirements" block. Puts a business idea in front of a three-member board, each a sub-agent reading the idea through one published framework: the Offers lens (from Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers), the Monopoly lens (from Peter Thiel's Zero to One) and the Product lens (from Walter Isaacson's biography of Steve Jobs). Each member scores the idea, names the risks that would kill it and votes fund, fund with conditions, or pass. task-observer
rebelytics/one-skill-to-rule-them-all
From the author
Monitors task execution for skill improvement opportunities: logs patterns, user corrections and methodology worth preserving to the workspace, turns them into skill updates in a weekly review, and flags repeating work as new skills. Use during ANY multi-step task, agentic workflow, or work session. Also triggers in post-task feedback discussions and when the user mentions skill observations, the observation log, or skill taxonomy. Also known as "One Skill to Rule Them All" — trigger on this phrase too. IMPORTANT: invoke this skill before the FIRST tool call of any session and before writing or proposing a plan — any turn that will involve a tool call counts. This sentence is the session-start trigger and the only activation layer that survives an unreachable config file; pair it with a CLAUDE.md instruction or a session-start hook (references/environments.md). A subagent dispatched by a session already running it does not run it: it writes nothing and puts its findings in its report.
