- principle-explain-the-numberbacknotprop/pstackApply before you measure, and before you trust, report, or act on a number you measured: a speedup, a regression, a throughput, a latency, or an eval result. Find what limits it, and rule out that it measured something other than the work you think.OtherNo warnings★ 3.5K↓ —
- concurrent-brancheskajisho5/ffmpeg-skillResolve conflicts and merges when several branches are open against one repo at the same time — the hotspot files every change must touch (registry manifests, a single version field, shared tool config, one aggregated test module, tracked build output), union-vs-recompute-vs-rebuild as three different correct resolutions, generated artifacts that must never be merged, non-deterministic serialization that makes every branch conflict, renumbered identifiers that git cannot show you, and why a clean auto-merge is not a passing test. Use when rebasing or merging a long-lived branch, resolving conflict markers, reviewing a merge commit, deciding what a repo should commit vs generate, or setting up a repo that will take parallel contributions.TestingNo warnings★ 4.5K↓ —

- principle-build-the-leverbacknotprop/pstackApply to any non-trivial work, not just bulk work: edits, migrations, analyses, checks. Build the tool that does it or proves it (codemod, script, generator, or a skill your subagents follow) instead of working by hand. The tool is the artifact a reviewer can rerun.WritingNo warnings★ 3.5K↓ —

doca-caps
NVIDIA/skills
From the author
Use this skill when the user wants to invoke the read-only doca_caps CLI to ask what DOCA sees on this host — listing DOCA devices and PCIe addresses, listing representor devices, asking which DOCA libraries are available on the current OS, checking per-device per-library capabilities, scoping output to a specific PCIe address, or capturing a side-effect-free capability snapshot for debug or install smoke-test. Trigger even when the user does not explicitly mention "doca_caps" or "capabilities print tool" — typical implicit phrasings include "what does DOCA actually see on this box", "is my BlueField PF visible to DOCA", "is Flow available on my RHEL host", "enumerate VF representors for pf0", "doca_caps: command not found", or "empty output for RDMA, is the tool broken". Refuse and route elsewhere for DOCA installation (doca-setup owns it; never walk the steps), library-internal capability matrices (Flow pipe creation, RDMA verbs features), streaming telemetry / DTS, or modifying the shipped binary.
