- constant-time-testingtrailofbits/skillsMeasures timing side channels in cryptographic implementations by running them, using dudect for statistical analysis and Timecop over Valgrind for dynamic tracing. Covers the formal, symbolic, dynamic, and statistical tool categories and how to read a result. Use when testing whether a running implementation is constant-time, measuring timing variance on a compiled binary, or investigating a suspected timing attack. Not for statically inspecting compiler output — the constant-time-analysis plugin covers that.TestingNo warnings★ 7.9K↓ —

Covers data management, annotation, ontologies (genes, cell types, diseases, tissues), schema validation, integrations with workflow managers (Nextflow, Snakemake) and MLOps platforms (W&B, MLflow), and deployment strategies.DevOpsNo warnings★ 3.8K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- stsslennney/stop-that-shitReduce defensive disclaimers, stacked hedging, and self-protective narration when drafting, rewriting, or auditing proposals, articles, case studies, captions, and other reader-facing prose. Use when defensive wording is requested for review or appears in a draft, including wording the assistant adds. Preserve meaningful limits; do not perform general style cleanup or ordinary code work.WritingNo warnings★ 3.3K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

- neon-functionsneondatabase/agent-skillsLong-running, serverless Node.js HTTP functions deployed onto your Neon branch, with DATABASE_URL injected automatically and compute that runs next to your data. Use when a user wants to host an API, an AI agent with long streaming responses, a WebSocket or server-sent-events (SSE) server, a webhook handler, a Discord bot, an MCP server, or any request/response workload that risks timing out on short, lambda-style serverless functions — and wants it to branch with their database. Also use for Function Triggers: a cron or an object-storage event that POSTs to a function. Triggers include "serverless function", "deploy an API", "long-running function", "streaming agent", "SSE server", "WebSocket server", "webhook handler", "MCP server", "cron", "scheduled function", "object storage trigger", "on upload", "function that won't time out", "function logs", "Neon Functions", "Neon Compute", "DDoS protection", "rate limiting", and "production hardening". - neon-object-storageneondatabase/agent-skillsS3-compatible object storage that branches with your database, so each branch gets its own copy of the files and the rows that point at them. Use when a user wants object storage, a bucket, blob/file storage, or somewhere to put uploads, images, documents, avatars, or user-generated files for their app or agent — especially when they already use (or are setting up) Lakebase Postgres and don't want to add a separate storage provider like AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, or Supabase Storage. Triggers include "object storage", "bucket", "blob storage", "file storage", "store uploads/images/files", "S3-compatible storage", "presigned URL", "where do I put files", "storage logs", "bucket logs", "CDN in front of object storage", "Neon Object Storage", "Neon Storage", and "storage that branches with my database".OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 107↓ —Also in 1 other repo

doca-flow
NVIDIA/skills
From the author
DOCA Flow packet steering on NVIDIA NICs/DPUs, linked into a C application: match/action pipes, ports, representors, forwarding, hairpin, counters. Trigger on packet steering, classifier, rule-matching, representor, hairpin or 5-tuple-to-queue questions even when "DOCA Flow" is not named. Also covers pipe validation before hardware programming, Flow/DOCA version match, and Flow API errors. First app: follow the local bundle (doca-setup, doca-programming-guide, doca-flow, doca-public-knowledge-map). Stage 1 pull nvcr.io/nvidia/doca/doca (NGC catalog tag, never invent); Stage 2 needs a real NIC. Then ls samples inside the container; never emit main.c, a Dockerfile, or hand-typed -l flags. Route software-only host pipelines, plain DPDK `rte_flow`, kernel TC, OVS, BFB bring-up, and DPU OS installation elsewhere. DPU OS installation is destructive and always requires explicit confirmation.
