- mvpdavepoon/buildwithclaudeGuides the founder through designing and optionally building the simplest MVP or prototype that validates their current hypotheses. Use when the founder wants to build something to test assumptions, discusses what to build next, wants to interpret results from a live MVP, or is deciding whether the current approach is still right. Also use when a founder proposes something to build — the skill will check whether the proposed form is the simplest thing that generates honest signal.TestingNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —

- positioning-truth-traceraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "check our positioning against what we can actually ship", "trace which differentiators we can defend", or "reconcile the positioning canvas with the claims ledger"; reconciles the reused positioning canvas against the shippable stage and the claims ledger to produce a differentiation truth set — every differentiating claim verifiable or marked '[needs source]' — that TALE-T1 is judged against. Not for building the canvas — use positioning-mapper; not for adjudicating claims — use offer-claims-registry; not for authoring the message house — use message-system-architect. 定位真相/差异化校准/可交付现实/主张核对PlanningNo warnings★ 3.1K↓ —

- brand-language-codifieraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "codify our brand voice", "define naming rules for our products and tiers", or "write the tone-of-voice guide with banned phrases"; produces the brand-level voice canon (register, tone spectrum, banned-phrase list, few-shot examples drawn only from the brand's own published material) and the naming tax (product / feature / tier naming rules plus approved and banned terms) that seeds the narrative-registry canon and that every channel's voice adaptation points up to. Not for per-platform voice adaptation — use channel-registry's voice-dossier; not for finished copy or blog posts — use content-writer; not for the message hierarchy itself — use message-system-architect; not for claim adjudication — use offer-claims-registry. 品牌语气/词汇表/命名税/禁用词/品牌语言规范FinanceNo warnings★ 3.1K↓ —

- theboardroomdavepoon/buildwithclaudeConvene an AI executive board of directors (CEO, CFO, COO, CLO, CISO sub-agent personas) to vet a business idea, product concept, new service offering, M&A target, or operational initiative — and deliver an integrated board memo with a Go/No-Go recommendation. Use this skill whenever the user wants an idea vetted, stress-tested, or reviewed from multiple executive perspectives; asks to "present this to the board," "run this by the boardroom," "vet this idea," "poke holes in this plan," or "prep me for a board meeting"; or shares a business plan, pitch, proposal, or initiative document and asks for structured executive feedback. - golang-dependency-managementsamber/cc-skills-golangDependency management for Golang projects — go.mod and go.sum, `go get` install and upgrade flows, Minimal Version Selection, conflict resolution with replace/exclude/retract, `govulncheck` scanning of the module tree, outdated dependency and binary size auditing, vendoring, `tool` directives, and go.work workspaces. Use when adding, removing, or upgrading Go dependencies, deciding whether to take on a package, resolving version conflicts, or auditing what a module pulls in. Covers choosing and upgrading dependency versions, not the surrounding tooling: do NOT use for fixing an exploitable vulnerability in code (→ See `samber/cc-skills-golang@golang-security` skill) or for wiring Dependabot/Renovate update bots into CI workflows (→ See `samber/cc-skills-golang@golang-continuous-integration` skill).SecurityNo warnings★ 3.8K↓ —

variant-analysis
trailofbits/skills
From the author
Hunts for the other instances of a bug already found — the variants of one root cause across a codebase. Use immediately after a vulnerability, logic bug, or bad pattern turns up in a specific file and the question becomes where else it occurs, including the bare conversational form ("are there others like this?", "is this the same bug?"). Also for generalizing one known instance into a CodeQL or Semgrep query for its whole pattern family, and for triaging a set of look-alike candidates against a known root cause. Not for initial discovery with no bug in hand.
