- ops-speedupdavepoon/buildwithclaudeCross-platform, hardware-adaptive system optimizer. Auto-detects macOS / Linux / WSL / Windows (MINGW/Cygwin/MSYS2) and CPU/RAM/disk/GPU profile, then picks the right cleanup strategy. Scans reclaimable disk space, memory pressure, runaway processes, startup bloat, network issues. CleanMyMac built into Claude Code.EngineeringNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- give-me-tipscode-yeongyu/oh-my-openagentExplains any senpi tip in depth, including Tip: lines in the TUI. Use when the user asks about a tip, what a tipped feature does, or which tips they can see.OtherNo warnings★ 70.6K↓ —
- conversion-value-mapperaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "set up conversion values so tROAS optimizes profit not orders", "map margin onto my purchase value", "build value rules for lead / phone / signup conversions", or "stop bidding to revenue when I care about profit"; defines and QAs the conversion VALUE model — per-conversion values, margin/net-value adjustment, static-vs-dynamic value rules, proxy values for non-revenue actions, and a value-vs-count sanity check — as a value-model spec plus a pre-launch value QA sheet. Not for whether the tag fires or UTMs are clean — use conversion-signal-qa; not for cross-platform double-count de-dup — use attribution-reconciler; not for scoring R1/R2 — that is a scored veto in ad-account-auditor. 付费广告转化价值建模/利润出价/价值规则QAMarketingNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

- positioning-mapperaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "map our positioning", "name our competitive alternatives", or "pick a beachhead segment for the launch"; produces a Dunford-style positioning canvas — named competitive alternatives (including spreadsheet and status quo), unique attributes (verifiable, or routed to the claims ledger), value themes (attribute→benefit→value chains), a target beachhead segment scored on serviceability / pain intensity / reachability, and a one-sentence onlyness statement — the sole upstream of the message house and the entity-signal source for the canonical entity profile. Not for the message house or per-channel launch copy — use message-house-builder; not for audience/persona profiling itself — use audience-mapper; not for SEO keyword positioning — use keyword-research. 定位画布/竞争替代品/独特价值/滩头细分DataNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

Built to make logs usable at scale with log aggregation 3rd-party tools. Apply when creating, wrapping, inspecting, or logging errors in Go code. - launch-retro-analyzeraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "run a launch retro / post-mortem", "compare launch results vs targets by channel", or "decide what to keep or kill for the next launch"; produces a structured D1/W1/M1 retrospective — a per-channel actual-vs-target table (UTM-attributed own analytics as the truth column, platform self-reported numbers as reference, every figure labeled Measured / User-provided / Estimated), a 5-Whys chain on the single largest miss, keep / kill / change decisions per channel, 3-5 actionable learnings for the next launch, and an outcome snapshot submitted to the launch registry. Not for return math (CPA / ROI) — use roi-calculator; not for the stakeholder-facing report writeup — use report-generator; not for a metric deep-dive — use performance-analyzer. 发布复盘/渠道归因/5-Whys/keep-killDataNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

doca-debug
NVIDIA/skills
From the author
Use this skill when the user is debugging any DOCA symptom — a build that won't compile, a link step that can't resolve a doca_* symbol, a runtime call returning DOCA_ERROR_*, a silent service or tool, or a stack trace / valgrind / core dump — and needs the layered ladder (install → version → build → link → runtime → program → driver), verbosity controls (--sdk-log-level, DOCA_LOG_LEVEL, the doca-{lib}-trace flavor), container-debug constraints, or how to capture state for a Developer Forum post. Trigger even when the user does not say "DOCA debug" — implicit phrasings include "undefined reference to doca_*", "how do I get more logs", "packets aren't reaching the wire", "doca_caps returned nothing", or "hugepages empty in the container". Refuse and route elsewhere for library-specific debug (Flow pipe trace, RDMA QP, Comch stats), env-class pkg-config or hugepages symptoms, the DOCA_ERROR_* taxonomy and lifecycle interpretation, and performance or incident-response work — those belong to other skills.
