- performance-monitoraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "generate an SEO report", "出月报", "set SEO alerts", or "排名掉了提醒我"; two modes — report builds multi-metric traffic/ranking/authority/content dashboards, and alert configures threshold notifications for future ranking, traffic, technical, backlink, competitor, and AI-visibility changes. - whybacknotprop/pstackUse for 'why does X work this way', 'why we picked Y', design rationale, regressions, postmortems, or data-backed thresholds. Discovers available MCPs and queries each evidence category (source control, issue tracker, long-form docs, real-time chat, infrastructure observability, error tracking, product analytics warehouse) in parallel, then returns a cited read on decisions and tradeoffs. - pptx-html-fidelity-auditnexu-io/open-designAudit a python-pptx export against its source HTML deck, identify layout/content drift (footer overflow, cropped content, missing italic/em, lost styling, off-rhythm spacing), and re-export with strict footer-rail + cursor-flow layout discipline. Use this skill whenever the user has a .pptx that was generated from an HTML slide deck and asks to compare/audit/verify/fix the export — including phrases like "compare ppt with html", "fidelity audit", "fix the pptx", "ppt is cut off", "footer overlap", "italic missing in pptx", "re-export the deck", "pptx-html-fidelity-audit", or any case where a python-pptx → HTML round-trip needs verification or repair. Also trigger when the user shows you a deck.html and a deck.pptx side by side and is debugging visual differences.DocumentsNo warnings★ 105.1K↓ —
- zero-tech-debtjeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplaceRefactor a feature toward its intended product architecture, removing obsolete flows and unnecessary abstractions while preserving required behavior and contracts. Use when a structural redesign or tech-debt cleanup is requested. Trigger with "refactor properly", "remove legacy" or "zero-tech-debt"; use a focused patch for hotfixes and security backports.SecurityNo warnings★ 2.9K↓ —
- sharpenbacknotprop/pstackMake a task deeper, not bigger, then rewrite the prompt. Use for /sharpen.ProductivityNo warnings★ 3.3K↓ —
- request-progressthedotmack/claude-memGroup recent conversations into overall requests, review each one's progress from memory, sort each into one of the owner's focus areas, and write the build story, so My Work shows progress meters, shipping velocity and learned working preferences. Use when asked to "group requests", "group by overall request", "review request progress", "refresh progress", "build story", "shipping velocity", or "how do I like to work with agents".WritingNo warnings★ 107.2K↓ —
- doca-flowNVIDIA/skillsDOCA Flow packet steering on NVIDIA NICs/DPUs, linked into a C application: match/action pipes, ports, representors, forwarding, hairpin, counters. Trigger on packet steering, classifier, rule-matching, representor, hairpin or 5-tuple-to-queue questions even when "DOCA Flow" is not named. Also covers pipe validation before hardware programming, Flow/DOCA version match, and Flow API errors. First app: follow the local bundle (doca-setup, doca-programming-guide, doca-flow, doca-public-knowledge-map). Stage 1 pull nvcr.io/nvidia/doca/doca (NGC catalog tag, never invent); Stage 2 needs a real NIC. Then ls samples inside the container; never emit main.c, a Dockerfile, or hand-typed -l flags. Route software-only host pipelines, plain DPDK `rte_flow`, kernel TC, OVS, BFB bring-up, and DPU OS installation elsewhere. DPU OS installation is destructive and always requires explicit confirmation.EngineeringNo warnings★ 3.8K↓ —
- writerjeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplaceProfessional writing assistant for PM documents. Use when the user needs to create, draft, review, or polish briefs, updates, emails, or presentations. Trigger with "write", "draft", "document", "help me write", "create a brief", or "polish this".WritingNo warnings★ 2.9K↓ —
- provider-ephemeral-resourceshashicorp/agent-skillsImplement Terraform provider ephemeral resources with the Plugin Framework: the Open/Renew/Close lifecycle, ephemeral schema design, registration via EphemeralResources, renewal for expiring credentials, and how ephemeral values flow into write-only attributes and provider configuration. Use when adding an ephemeral resource, exposing secrets/tokens/certificates that must never persist in state or plan, deciding between an ephemeral resource and a data source, or wiring short-lived credentials from one provider into another.OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 910↓ —
- share-of-voice-trackeraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "track our share of voice", "what share of the conversation do we own vs competitors", or "trend our SOV this quarter"; computes SOV% = brand mentions ÷ (brand + competitor panel mentions) per platform per period on a LOCKED competitor panel — a panel switch invalidates the trend (restart the series and log the break; the ECHO O3 rule) — plus a sentiment-weighted SOV variant (sentiment labeled Estimated unless human-coded) and a Wikipedia-pageviews attention-share alternative; built from keyless listening connectors, gdelt.py news echo, and user exports — public counts only, closed platforms are never scraped. Not for backlink or offsite SEO signals — use offsite-signal-analyzer. 声量份额/竞品声量对比/提及份额/注意力份额BrowserNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

- voice-dossier-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "codify how our founder sounds", "build a founder voice dossier", or "set our content pillars"; runs an 80%-extraction interview over the user's OWN posts, emails, and decks (never competitor scraping, never an invented persona) and produces the versioned voice record — a per-platform register map (incl. 小红书/微信公众号), banned phrases, per-context disclosure lines (the ECHO C2 upstream), a few-shot bank built exclusively from own posts, and 3-5 content pillars with Estimated %-allocations — submitted via memory/events/channels.ndjson for channel-registry to store as voice-dossier.md, the record every Craft-phase skill reads first. Not for the brand-level voice canon — use brand-language-codifier; not for audience/persona research — use audience-mapper. 声音档案/品牌语气/创始人语气/内容支柱/披露声明BrowserNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- demo-videojeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplaceGenerate polished demo videos from a single prompt. doca-firefly
NVIDIA/skills
From the author
Use this skill when the user is operating the DOCA Firefly Service container on BlueField — picking the four PTP configuration axes (role / profile / domain / interface), wiring the BlueField PHC + host follower + consumer workload pairing, deciding whether PTP-grade time is even needed (vs. chrony / NTP), or debugging a Firefly deployment where PTP isn't syncing or the host clock isn't following. Trigger even when the user does not explicitly mention "DOCA Firefly" or "PTP" — typical implicit phrasings include "container green but PTP never advances past LISTENING", "Firefly says synced but the host clock still drifts", "sync acquired but offset is tens of microseconds", "my Rivermax SMPTE workload needs PTP", or "is chrony good enough". Refuse and route elsewhere for installing DOCA, host-side chrony / ptp4l config bodies, PTP topology / boundary-clock design, building DOCA apps that read the disciplined PHC, or other DOCA services (DMS, Flow-Inspector, HBN) — those belong to other skills.
