Handles UX review, hierarchy, layout, typography, color, motion, UX copy, accessibility, responsive behavior, edge cases, and capturing or documenting design systems (DESIGN.md, tokens). - dark-social-attributoraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "figure out where our direct traffic really comes from", "measure dark social", "add a how-did-you-hear-about-us field", or "show social drives signups without click data"; produces a share-link/UTM hygiene spec for owned share surfaces, a self-reported attribution field design that replaces an existing form field (free-text first, coded later), a GA4 direct-traffic decomposition read (deep-URL directs, mobile-app skew, private-push correlation) with every derived number hard-labeled Estimated/proxy, and a branded-search-lift proxy from GSC plus Wikipedia pageviews — the declared dark-social method behind ECHO O2. Not for paid-channel attribution reconciliation (platform-claimed vs analytics conversions) — use attribution-reconciler. 暗社交归因/直接流量分解/自报来源字段/分享链路UTMDataNo warnings★ 3K↓ —

- share-of-voice-trackeraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "track our share of voice", "what share of the conversation do we own vs competitors", or "trend our SOV this quarter"; computes SOV% = brand mentions ÷ (brand + competitor panel mentions) per platform per period on a LOCKED competitor panel — a panel switch invalidates the trend (restart the series and log the break; the ECHO O3 rule) — plus a sentiment-weighted SOV variant (sentiment labeled Estimated unless human-coded) and a Wikipedia-pageviews attention-share alternative; built from keyless listening connectors, gdelt.py news echo, and user exports — public counts only, closed platforms are never scraped. - voice-dossier-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "codify how our founder sounds", "build a founder voice dossier", or "set our content pillars"; runs an 80%-extraction interview over the user's OWN posts, emails, and decks (never competitor scraping, never an invented persona) and produces the versioned voice record — a per-platform register map (incl. 小红书/微信公众号), banned phrases, per-context disclosure lines (the ECHO C2 upstream), a few-shot bank built exclusively from own posts, and 3-5 content pillars with Estimated %-allocations — submitted via memory/events/channels.ndjson for channel-registry to store as voice-dossier.md, the record every Craft-phase skill reads first. - doca-rdmaNVIDIA/skillsRDMA data movement on NVIDIA BlueField/ConnectX NICs (RoCE/InfiniBand) with DOCA RDMA, instead of hand-written libibverbs/rdma_cm. Use when the user moves data between processes or hosts over the NIC, or hits "one-sided read returns permission denied", "completions never arrive after submit", "connection callback never fires", atomic compare-and-swap over RoCE, or DOCA_ERROR_FULL on the send queue under burst, even without naming DOCA RDMA. Covers bringing up an RDMA context on a doca_dev, connection methods (RDMA CM, bridge/OOB, or gRPC exchange of doca_rdma_export()), the eleven task types (Send/Receive/Send-Imm, Read/Write/Write-Imm, Atomic CmpSwap/FetchAdd, Get/Set/Add Remote Sync Event), matching mmap + RDMA permissions, queue and connection sizing, doca_rdma_cap_* queries, and DOCA_ERROR_* from RDMA calls. Raw QP/verbs control belongs to doca-verbs. Refuse and route elsewhere for general RDMA / ibverbs theory (queue pairs, MRs, RoCE vs IB), installing DOCA itself, or non-RDMA DOCA libraries.WritingNo warnings★ 3.8K↓ —
- navigating-githubjeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplaceFirst-time GitHub setup and interactive git learning. Walks users from zero to a working GitHub repo, then teaches git through 9 hands-on lessons on their actual project. Adapts language and depth to skill level — inferred from environment, not questionnaires. Two modes: Setup (guided onboarding) and Learn (progressive curriculum from commits to CI/CD). Use when the user asks to set up GitHub, learn git, or says "teach me github". Trigger with "set up my repo", "help me with github", "teach me github", "learn git", "what are branches", "teach me PRs", or "how do I use github".DevOpsNo warnings★ 2.9K↓ —
- positioning-mapperaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "map our positioning", "name our competitive alternatives", or "pick a beachhead segment for the launch"; produces a Dunford-style positioning canvas — named competitive alternatives (including spreadsheet and status quo), unique attributes (verifiable, or routed to the claims ledger), value themes (attribute→benefit→value chains), a target beachhead segment scored on serviceability / pain intensity / reachability, and a one-sentence onlyness statement — the sole upstream of the message house and the entity-signal source for the canonical entity profile. Not for the message house or per-channel launch copy — use message-house-builder; not for audience/persona profiling itself — use audience-mapper; not for SEO keyword positioning — use keyword-research. 定位画布/竞争替代品/独特价值/滩头细分DataNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- advocacy-program-designeraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "design an employee advocacy program", "set up founder-led sharing", or "build a share kit for the team"; produces an advocacy program blueprint in two modes — participation-driven opt-in (default) or top-down assigned with its coercion and authenticity risks flagged — with a voluntary opt-in roster spec submitted as channel-registry proposal events, share kits with mandatory per-person variation, staggered human posting windows plus anti-pod guardrails (no coordinated identical reshares, no engagement rings), per-person material-connection disclosure lines per FTC and 《互联网广告管理办法》, and a Slack/Teams distribution spec. doca-pcc
NVIDIA/skills
From the author
Use this skill when the user is doing hands-on host-side DOCA PCC work to load a CUSTOM Programmable Congestion Control algorithm onto a BlueField DPU — creating per-port `doca_pcc` contexts, loading a `dpacc`-compiled `doca_pcc_app` onto the `doca_dev` for the RoCE-bearing port, parameterizing it, walking triple-axis capability discovery (DOCA cap-query + DPA-capable BlueField + firmware custom-PCC slot enabled), or debugging `DOCA_ERROR_*` from `doca_pcc_*`. Trigger even without explicit "DOCA PCC" phrasing — implicit forms include "loading my own congestion control onto a BF port", "DOCA_ERROR_NOT_PERMITTED on algorithm load", "DOCA_ERROR_DRIVER when I attach my custom algorithm", "my custom rate-update isn't affecting RoCE traffic", or "load succeeds but no on-wire change". Refuse and route elsewhere for DPA-side algorithm-body design, the `pcc_counters` CLI, default factory PCC in ConnectX firmware, or setting up the RDMA / RoCE traffic — those belong to other skills.
