- rag-blueprintNVIDIA/skillsNVIDIA RAG Blueprint — deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and manage. Handles any RAG action: deploy, install, start, enable, disable, toggle, change, configure, troubleshoot, debug, fix, shutdown, stop, or tear down any RAG feature or service (Agentic RAG, VLM, guardrails, query rewriting, models, search, ingestion, observability, summarization, reasoning, and more).DevOpsNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- story-bank-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build a story bank", "collect our origin and customer stories", or "assemble reusable proof stories for the message"; assembles reusable narrative units — origin, founder, customer, transformation, and proof stories — each tagged to a claims-ledger ID and a message-house pillar, with every proof labeled Measured / User-provided / [needs source]. Not for authoring the message house or pillars — use message-system-architect; not for brand voice or naming rules — use brand-language-codifier; not for finished long-form prose — use content-writer; not for adjudicating whether a proof is true — use offer-claims-registry. 品牌故事库/起源客户转化/证据故事单元WritingNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- Agent Cost Reportthedotmack/claude-memBelievable agent cost report for any period, default the last 7 full days PT, not counting today. Measured tokens from Claude Code transcripts priced at OpenRouter list prices (ESTIMATED), measured provider spend when a sanctioned source exists, note-taker cost separate, Timing-style HTML/PDF plus report.json, line-items.csv, evidence.json.DataNo warnings★ 103.3K↓ —Also in 4 other repos
- share-of-voice-trackeraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "track our share of voice", "what share of the conversation do we own vs competitors", or "trend our SOV this quarter"; computes SOV% = brand mentions ÷ (brand + competitor panel mentions) per platform per period on a LOCKED competitor panel — a panel switch invalidates the trend (restart the series and log the break; the ECHO O3 rule) — plus a sentiment-weighted SOV variant (sentiment labeled Estimated unless human-coded) and a Wikipedia-pageviews attention-share alternative; built from keyless listening connectors, gdelt.py news echo, and user exports — public counts only, closed platforms are never scraped. Not for backlink or offsite SEO signals — use offsite-signal-analyzer. 声量份额/竞品声量对比/提及份额/注意力份额BrowserNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- mcore-testingNVIDIA/skillsTest system for Megatron-LM. Covers test layout, recipe YAML structure, adding and running unit and functional tests, golden values, marker filters, and CI parity.TestingNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- doca-benchNVIDIA/skillsRun `doca_bench` (DOCA 2.7.0 or newer) to measure throughput, bulk latency, precision latency, or maximum bandwidth for RDMA, Compress, AES-GCM, SHA, DMA, EC, Ethernet, Comch, or GPUNetIO on a host or BlueField Arm. Use it to discover enabled benchmark libraries, capture a reproducible command/version/device/environment baseline, compare stable runs against a declared tolerance, or diagnose configuration, device-binding, workload-precondition, and measurement failures. Trigger for requests such as measuring BlueField compression speed, NIC RDMA throughput, crypto latency, or a pre-upgrade baseline. Do not use for application end-to-end timing, custom benchmark code, DOCA installation, or binary patches.FinanceNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- serp-markup-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "optimize meta tags", "write title tags / meta descriptions", "add Open Graph or Twitter cards", or "generate schema / JSON-LD" for FAQ, HowTo, Article, Product, or LocalBusiness rich-result candidates. Produces title/description options, an OG+Twitter block, and validated JSON-LD for the document head. Not for body copy — use content-writer; not for crawl/index technical issues — use technical-seo-checker. 标题优化/元描述/Schema标记/结构化数据BrowserNo warnings★ 3K↓ —
- doca-argusNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill when the user is deploying or operating the DOCA Argus Service — the packaged BlueField-side runtime-security container that watches the BlueField and attached host for suspicious activity, integrity violations, and operational anomalies, and forwards findings to a SIEM (Splunk / ELK / Sentinel / syslog). Covers the four-axis config (detection policy, forwarding, sampling, host coverage), running the NGC container on BlueField Arm, and wiring the forwarder. Trigger even without "DOCA Argus" by name — typical implicit phrasings: "container green but no findings arrive", "false-positive flood in Splunk", or "runtime security on a fleet of BlueField-3s". Refuse and route elsewhere for installing DOCA, SIEM-side ingest stanzas, pre-baked detection-rule packs, and metrics observability (DOCA Telemetry). Argus is NVIDIA's currently- promoted runtime-security framework, superseding the older App Shield library; name it first for new runtime-security work.SecurityNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- company-valuationhimself65/finance-skillsEstimate a public company's intrinsic value with DCF, relative (peer multiple), and sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) methods, then blend them into an implied share price with upside/downside vs the market price, a WACC and terminal-growth sensitivity grid, and bull/base/bear scenarios. Use this skill whenever the user asks what a company or ticker is worth: fair value, intrinsic value, implied share price, a price target from fundamentals, whether it is overvalued or undervalued, building a DCF (WACC, terminal value, discounted cash flow), EV/EBITDA or P/E based targets, peer comparison valuation, or SOTP and conglomerate discounts. Run the model rather than answering valuation questions from memory.FinanceNo warnings★ 3.5K↓ —
- paperclippaperclipai/paperclipUse for Paperclip-managed tasks and heartbeats: reading task context, delivering task documents or files, updating completion or blockers, coordinating or delegating work, and following company governance. Includes control plane API operations for assignments, comments, approvals, and routines.PlanningNo warnings★ 107.5K↓ —
- doca-uromNVIDIA/skillsHost-side DOCA UROM library (doca_urom_*): offload an HPC / UCX / MPI application's remote memory operations (puts, gets, atomics, collectives) from the host CPU onto a BlueField DPU. Trigger on "MPI all-reduce burning host CPU", "push UCX traffic onto the BlueField", "first doca_urom call returns NOT_PERMITTED", or "host library and DPU service look out of sync", even without naming DOCA UROM. An offload needs both halves: this host library and the UROM Service on the DPU (doca-urom-svc), which owns deploying that container. Covers creating UROM Service contexts (doca_urom_service_*) and Worker contexts (doca_urom_worker_*) that run plugins on the DPU, discovering plugins via doca_urom_service_get_plugins_list, progressing completions, and DOCA_ERROR_* from doca_urom_* calls. Route elsewhere for UROM Service deployment on the DPU side, MPI / UCX collective algorithm design, and RDMA / RoCE / IB substrate bring-up.DevOpsNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- neon-postgres-branchesneondatabase/agent-skillsChoose and create the right Neon branch type for testing and development. Use when users ask about Neon branching, migration testing with real data, isolated test environments, schema-only branch workflows for sensitive data, resetting a branch from its parent, branch expiration and CI/CD branch lifecycles, or branch creation via Neon CLI or Neon MCP. Triggers include "Neon branch", "test migrations safely", "branch production data", "schema-only branch", "reset branch", "branch per PR" and "sensitive data testing".OfficialDataNo warnings★ 106↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- doca-rdmiNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill when the user works with DOCA RDMI, the RDMA Initiator library that lets a DPA-resident function originate one-sided RDMA toward a remote responder. Covers choosing doca-rdmi versus doca-rdma, instantiating doca_rdmi_connection and doca_rdmi_poster, wiring doca_dpa_completion or doca_verbs_cq ahead of doca_ctx_start(), exporting the datapath handle consumed on-DPA, auditing whether a doca_rdmi_* symbol is EXPERIMENTAL for the installed release, or decoding DOCA_ERROR_* statuses such as BAD_STATE at completion-attach. Also load it for implied asks like "my Arm-side function must originate RDMA writes", "symbol missing at link time on doca_rdmi_*", or "posted work request never arrived". Refuse and route to the proper owner for two-sided host RDMA, GPU-originated traffic, or generic IB/RoCE theory.WritingNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- cold-outbound-sequenceraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build a B2B cold-outbound sequence", "design reply-triage branching", "plan a domain warmup / sending throttle", or "make my outbound CAN-SPAM / opt-in compliant"; produces a multi-step outbound sequence with reply-triage branches (positive / objection / referral / not-now / opt-out), a warmup + send-throttle ramp schedule, jurisdiction opt-in/CAN-SPAM guardrails (guidance, not legal advice), and a SEND S-dimension read. Not for B2C lifecycle flows — use email-sequence-designer; not for the consent record — use consent-registry; not for computing EQS — use email-quality-auditor. - doca-capsNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill when the user wants to invoke the read-only doca_caps CLI to ask what DOCA sees on this host — listing DOCA devices and PCIe addresses, listing representor devices, asking which DOCA libraries are available on the current OS, checking per-device per-library capabilities, scoping output to a specific PCIe address, or capturing a side-effect-free capability snapshot for debug or install smoke-test. Trigger even when the user does not explicitly mention "doca_caps" or "capabilities print tool" — typical implicit phrasings include "what does DOCA actually see on this box", "is my BlueField PF visible to DOCA", "is Flow available on my RHEL host", "enumerate VF representors for pf0", "doca_caps: command not found", or "empty output for RDMA, is the tool broken". Refuse and route elsewhere for DOCA installation (doca-setup owns it; never walk the steps), library-internal capability matrices (Flow pipe creation, RDMA verbs features), streaming telemetry / DTS, or modifying the shipped binary.TestingNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- doca-argpNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill for hands-on DOCA Arg Parser CLI work on a shipped sample or new DOCA-using app — adding / removing / renaming flags; wiring `doca_argp_init` → register params → `doca_argp_start` → `doca_argp_destroy` in order; picking a parameter type from the full public enum (`DOCA_ARGP_TYPE_STRING`, `_INT`, `_BOOLEAN`, `_DEVICE`, `_DEVICE_REP`, `_DOUBLE` — six values, not three); preserving the built-in DOCA flags (`-h` `-v` `-l` `--sdk-log-level` `--log-filter` `-j`/`--json`, NOT `--json-config`); `--device` is per-program; or debugging `DOCA_ERROR_BAD_STATE` / `INVALID_VALUE` / `NOT_SUPPORTED` / `IO_FAILED` from `doca_argp_*`. Trigger on implicit phrasings: "add a custom flag to a DOCA sample", "should I use getopt here", "BAD_STATE registering a new param", "my JSON config key is rejected", or "my sample's --json is ignored". Refuse and route elsewhere for variadic-flag / subcommand / shell-completion features, DOCA Core context, or DOCA Log internals.EngineeringNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- rag-perfNVIDIA/skillsPerformance benchmarking for a deployed NVIDIA RAG Blueprint server: profiling pass + aiperf load test driven by a single YAML config. Not for accuracy / RAGAS scoring (use rag-eval) or for deploying / repairing services (use rag-blueprint).TestingNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- doca-staNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill when the user builds an NVMe-over-Fabrics storage target on BlueField with DOCA STA — instantiating doca_sta, declaring doca_sta_subsystem NQNs and namespaces over local NVMe disks via doca_sta_be, validating platform support with doca_sta_cap_is_supported, sizing I/O queue depth, or decoding DOCA_ERROR_* statuses such as IO_FAILED on NVMe reads. Also load it for implied asks like "Identify Controller times out over RoCE", "offload the nvmf target", "NVMe-oF Connect never completes", or "16 I/O queues at depth 1024 — supported?". Refuse and route to the proper owner for raw RDMA movement, packet I/O, steering rules, initiator-side NVMe, or SDK install.OtherNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —
- doca-pccNVIDIA/skillsUse this skill when the user is doing hands-on host-side DOCA PCC work to load a CUSTOM Programmable Congestion Control algorithm onto a BlueField DPU — creating per-port `doca_pcc` contexts, loading a `dpacc`-compiled `doca_pcc_app` onto the `doca_dev` for the RoCE-bearing port, parameterizing it, walking triple-axis capability discovery (DOCA cap-query + DPA-capable BlueField + firmware custom-PCC slot enabled), or debugging `DOCA_ERROR_*` from `doca_pcc_*`. Trigger even without explicit "DOCA PCC" phrasing — implicit forms include "loading my own congestion control onto a BF port", "DOCA_ERROR_NOT_PERMITTED on algorithm load", "DOCA_ERROR_DRIVER when I attach my custom algorithm", "my custom rate-update isn't affecting RoCE traffic", or "load succeeds but no on-wire change". Refuse and route elsewhere for DPA-side algorithm-body design, the `pcc_counters` CLI, default factory PCC in ConnectX firmware, or setting up the RDMA / RoCE traffic — those belong to other skills.DesignNo warnings★ 3.7K↓ —

- neon-realtimeneondatabase/agent-skillsNeon Realtime makes any SQL query live. Build realtime, reactive apps and agents on Lakebase Postgres with live SQL queries and reactivity primitives. Use when app UI or agent state must update live from database rows (dashboards, feeds, collaboration, multi-user or multi-device sync), for optimistic mutations, or to replace polling or other realtime sync systems. Triggers include "live query", "subscribe", "sync engine", "useLiveQuery", "TanStack DB", "optimistic updates", "@neon/realtime". For push that doesn't come from database rows (presence, typing, LLM streams), use neon-functions.OfficialDataNo warnings★ 106↓ —Also in 1 other repo

work-with-pr

From the author
Full PR lifecycle in a fresh task-owned git worktree: implement via the ulw-loop skill with mandatory evidence-bound manual QA → reviewer-readable English PR → verification loop (CI + Cubic, where Cubic is skipped only when its quota is exhausted) → merge by default → worktree cleanup. Decomposes one task into the smallest atomic, independently-mergeable PRs and builds the independent ones concurrently via one worktree per PR driven by parallel subagents or a team. Unbounded loop: any failing gate sends you back to fix-and-re-QA inside that PR's worktree. Use whenever implementation work needs to land as a PR. Triggers: 'create a PR', 'implement and PR', 'work on this and make a PR', 'implement issue', 'land this as a PR', 'split into atomic PRs', 'parallel PRs', 'work-with-pr', 'PR workflow', 'implement end to end', even when user just says 'implement X' if the context implies PR delivery.
