Use when the user says "add login", "set up auth", "wire up the database", "add payments", "connect Stripe", "add Google Calendar", "send emails", "backend for my clone", or when /replica-build is running on fake data.SecurityNo warnings★ 6.6K↓ —
- csharp-refactoringdotnet/skillsSafely refactors C#/.NET code without changing behavior. USE FOR any request to refactor, rename, move, extract, inline, merge, consolidate, deduplicate, split, or modernize C# code, including partial/generated declarations, wrappers, public APIs, serialization/reflection/configuration names, friend assemblies, conditional compilation, and multi-targeted projects. Also use when a request calls a feature, bug fix, package/framework upgrade, or public nullability change a refactor and the behavior-changing part must be separated or declined. DO NOT USE FOR ordinary feature or bug fixes not presented as refactoring; standalone upgrades after reclassification (use dotnet-upgrade); adding tests; or formatting-only work.EngineeringNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —
- replica-buildJakeschincariol/replica-skillRebuilds an app screen by screen from the recon map: app shell first, then the core flow as a vertical slice, then every screen with all its states, ticking off the feature matrix as it goes. Writes every line fresh, never the original's code, assets or copy. Use when the user says "build the clone", "build screen S07", "start building", "rebuild this screen", "implement the booking page", or after /replica-design.DesignNo warnings★ 6.6K↓ —
- dotnet-aot-compatdotnet/skillsMake .NET projects compatible with Native AOT and trimming by systematically resolving IL trim/AOT analyzer warnings. - convert-to-cpmdotnet/skillsConvert .NET projects and solutions (.sln, .slnx) to NuGet Central Package Management (CPM) using Directory.Packages.props. USE FOR: converting to CPM, centralizing or aligning NuGet package versions across multiple projects, inlining MSBuild version properties from Directory.Build.props into Directory.Packages.props, resolving version conflicts or mismatches across a solution or repository, updating or bumping or syncing package versions across projects. Also activate when packages are out of sync, drifting, or inconsistent -- even without the user mentioning CPM. Provides baseline build capture, version conflict resolution, build validation with binlog comparison, and a structured post-conversion report. DO NOT USE FOR: packages.config projects (must migrate to PackageReference first) or repositories that already have CPM fully enabled.MarketingNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —

- clr-activation-debuggingdotnet/skillsDiagnoses .NET Framework CLR activation issues using CLR activation logs (CLRLoad logs) produced by mscoree.dll. Use when: the shim picks the wrong runtime, fails to load any runtime, shows unexpected .NET 3.5 Feature-on-Demand (FOD) dialogs, unexpectedly does NOT show FOD dialogs, loads both v2 and v4 into the same process causing failures, or any time someone is wondering "what is happening with .NET Framework activation?"EngineeringNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —
- deepchat-sddThinkInAIXYZ/deepchatUse before substantial DeepChat code, configuration, documentation, test, build, feature, issue, refactor, or architecture changes that need a durable RFC and an explicit execution path. Skip trivial style fixes, small localized logic changes, routine docs edits, and simple bugs unless the developer asks for SDD. Use plan.md as the only separate tracker when needed, default to implementation-first validation, and ask before optional GitHub issue sync unless the developer explicitly requested sync.TestingNo warnings★ 6.4K↓ —

diffdock
aipoch/open-science
From the author
Predict small-molecule binding poses with DiffDock-L (Corso et al. 2023/2024, github.com/gcorso/DiffDock) — blind diffusion docking that places a ligand into a protein pocket without a predefined search box and ranks the samples with a learned confidence model. Reach for this skill to dock a SMILES or SDF against a PDB, to generate ranked 3D poses for a small fragment library, or to get a starting pose for downstream rescoring. DiffDock predicts geometry, not affinity.
