- agent-startup-and-context-ingestionmvschwarz/openrigUse when designing or auditing how an agent becomes useful after launch — AGENTS.md overlays, role files, skills, rig specs, workflow specs, startup checklists, refocus messages, "rig context" surface. Covers the 4 failure modes that make startup context fail (old rig spec misses current operating mode; current agents never told about new guidance; startup file as dumping ground; orchestrator transmits implementation without preserving product intent).ProductivityNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- offensive-api-abuseSnailSploit/Claude-RedAdvanced API exploitation methodology focused on business logic abuse and sophisticated attack patterns that bypass traditional security controls. Covers business logic bypass through API call chaining and workflow manipulation. Addresses GraphQL-specific attacks including batching for credential brute-force, query depth exploitation, and introspection abuse. Includes pagination exploitation for data exfiltration, webhook hijacking for SSRF and data interception, and resource exhaustion through algorithmic complexity attacks. Covers race conditions in API transactions using parallel request techniques. Provides comprehensive JWT manipulation including algorithm confusion, kid injection, jku/x5u abuse, and claim tampering. Details API key leakage detection across source repositories, client-side code, and error messages. Covers undocumented endpoint discovery through predictable naming, debug routes, and source map analysis. Tooling includes Arjun, ParamSpider, jwt_tool, and GraphQL Voyager. - offensive-z-waveSnailSploit/Claude-RedZ-Wave attack methodology — sniffing with Z-Force / EZ-Wave / RTL-SDR + ZniffMobile, S0 (legacy) network-key derivation flaw and key reuse, S2 (modern) ECDH commissioning analysis, replay/injection on unauthenticated nodes, default-key brute-force on test deployments, and home-automation hub pivots. Use when targeting Z-Wave smart home devices (door locks, sensors, garage controllers) — common in mid-2010s smart home deployments still in production.TestingNo warnings★ 9.9K↓ —

- api-designerJeffallan/claude-skillsUse when designing REST or GraphQL APIs, creating OpenAPI specifications, or planning API architecture. Invoke for resource modeling, versioning strategies, pagination patterns, error handling standards.EngineeringNo warnings★ 12.1K↓ —
- baoyu-article-illustratorJimLiu/baoyu-skillsAnalyzes article structure, identifies positions requiring visual aids, generates illustrations with Type × Style × Palette three-dimension approach. Use when user asks to "illustrate article", "add images", "generate images for article", or "为文章配图".MediaNo warnings★ 27.1K↓ —
- migrate-nunit-to-mstestdotnet/skillsConvert .NET tests from NUnit 3/4 to MSTest v4 while preserving VSTest or MTP. Use for replacing NUnit/NUnit3TestAdapter packages, Test/TestCase/ TestCaseSource/Values attributes, constraint assertions, SetUp/TearDown, OneTimeSetUp, SetUpFixture, FixtureLifeCycle, TestContext, categories, retries, timeouts, and NUnit parallelization. Also use when a "convert NUnit to MSTest" request may already be migrated: inspect and report the no-op. Do not use for NUnit version upgrades, xUnit/TUnit conversion, MSTest upgrades, or runner-only VSTest-to-MTP migration.TestingNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —
- mirrord-operatormetalbear-co/mirrordHelp users install and configure the mirrord Operator for team/enterprise environments. Use when users ask about operator setup, Helm installation, cloud API key or license configuration, air-gapped/offline licensing, enabling features (queue splitting, DB branching, preview environments, multi-cluster), internal registries, OpenShift/GKE Autopilot, RBAC, or multi-user mirrord deployments. Also use when an AI agent hits a Team or Enterprise feature on a cluster with no license and needs to offer the user a trial (agent-started trial; the trial is Enterprise tier).DevOpsNo warnings★ 5.4K↓ —
- template-discoverydotnet/skillsHelps find, inspect, and compare (at a high level) .NET project templates. Resolves natural-language project descriptions to ranked template matches with pre-filled parameters. USE FOR: finding the right dotnet new template for a task, inspecting a template's parameters and constraints, understanding what a template produces before creating a project, resolving intent like "web API with auth" to concrete template + parameters. DO NOT USE FOR: actually creating projects (use template-instantiation), authoring custom templates (use template-authoring), producing a detailed side-by-side comparison (use template-comparison), choosing cross-parameter defaults during creation (use template-smart-defaults), MSBuild or build issues (use dotnet-msbuild plugin), NuGet package management unrelated to template packages.EngineeringNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —
- configure-authdotnet/skillsAdd authentication and authorization to a Blazor Web App, accounting for the app's render mode. USE WHEN the user needs [Authorize] on pages, AuthorizeView, role or policy-based access, login/logout Identity pages, or AuthenticationStateProvider. Also USE WHEN auth state is null after WebAssembly loads, SignInManager throws in an interactive component, NotAuthorized content never renders in static SSR, or HttpContext.User is null in an interactive component. DO NOT USE for general component authoring (see author-component), for prerendering concerns unrelated to auth (see support-prerendering), or for managing non-auth cascading state (see coordinate-components).MediaNo warnings★ 5.8K↓ —

diffdock
aipoch/open-science
From the author
Predict small-molecule binding poses with DiffDock-L (Corso et al. 2023/2024, github.com/gcorso/DiffDock) — blind diffusion docking that places a ligand into a protein pocket without a predefined search box and ranks the samples with a learned confidence model. Reach for this skill to dock a SMILES or SDF against a PDB, to generate ranked 3D poses for a small fragment library, or to get a starting pose for downstream rescoring. DiffDock predicts geometry, not affinity.
