audit-decisions
From the author
Audit the decisions an implementing agent made, not its diff — a pure audit that traces the session's history into a decisions ledger, changes no code, and never blocks an unsupervised run. Working code still embeds architecture the user never chose; surface it because future work inherits it. Use when the user wants to review the decisions the AI made on their behalf, before merging or committing AI-implemented work, when integrating a delegated subagent's pass, or when a fix "works" but might be a point fix.

- ui-auditnahid-sparktales/agent-dispatcherReview an existing interface and return ranked, concrete findings — each with its location, the user consequence, and a specific fix — instead of taste notes. Use when asked to critique, audit or review a screen or flow, when someone's UI work needs judging, or when an interface "feels off" and the problem needs naming. Not for proving a change renders and functions, not for inventing a new visual direction, and not for an accessibility conformance audit, which is its own discipline.Design★ 59

- review-agentaiskillstore/marketplacePerform a read-only, defect-first review of a specified code change and return every actionable finding. Use when another agent delegates review of uncommitted changes, a base-branch diff, a commit, or custom review instructions.Engineering★ 446
- audit-projectOutlineDriven/outline-driven-developmentUse when the user says "audit my code", "find all the bugs", "review until clean", or "grill my changes". Not for remote, credential, or irreversible changes.Engineering★ 55
- ax-auditOutlineDriven/outline-driven-developmentUse when asked to audit an agent or AI feature for agentic-experience quality (AX review, agent-native critique, trust question). Not for source or remote-system changes.Engineering★ 55
- decision-recordsfvadicamo/dev-agent-skillsCreates, supersedes and validates decision records (ADRs) against the convention a collection already follows, instead of imposing a published one. Use when the user wants to record a decision, write an ADR, supersede an existing decision, audit or lint a decisions folder, check that an ADR index is in sync, or asks "why did we decide X". Deduces the filename scheme, section set and status vocabulary from the records already there; ships a validator with an exit code, so the audit is a check and not an opinion.Writing★ 72
