competitive-positioning
From the author
Maps a startup's competitive landscape, scores moat strength across 6+ dimensions, and writes an investor-ready competition narrative with a positioning map. Use when the user asks for a competitive landscape, moat analysis, or positioning review and gives enough to work from: a deck, a list of competitors, or a clearly named startup. A full run takes about 30–40 minutes and searches the web, so for a passing question such as 'who are my competitors?' or 'is that a real moat?', answer briefly in chat and offer the analysis instead of starting it. When it runs, the competitor set and moat scores are checked adversarially, never recalled from memory.

- competitor-positioningNimbleway/agent-skillsTracks how competitors position themselves online — scrapes homepages, features, pricing, and blogs to extract messaging, value props, CTAs, and pricing models. Compares against previous snapshots to surface positioning shifts with before/after tracking. Produces messaging matrices, content gap analysis, white space maps, and battlecard inputs. Use when anyone asks about competitor messaging, positioning, website copy, content strategy, or how competitors present themselves. Triggers: "competitor positioning", "messaging comparison", "content gap", "what changed on their site", "competitor homepage", "landing page teardown", "marketing battlecard", "how do they describe their product", "share of voice", "counter-messaging". Do NOT use for business signals like funding/hiring (use competitor-intel), single-company deep dives (use company-deep-dive), or meeting prep (use meeting-prep).Design★ 61
