agni-kai
From the author
Zuko's Agni Kai for bakeoffs. The formal firebending duel, where competing implementations fight under the same rules and a judge declares the winner. Use for arena, /arena, "arena this", "throw it in the arena", "bakeoff", or when one attempt at a nontrivial design or artifact would lock in the wrong shape. Spawns N parallel candidates at the same task, picks a base with a cross-judge, and grafts the strongest parts of the losers into it.

- twin-flamestmcfarlane/team-avatarZuko's twin flames for pixel-exact UI parity. Two flames from the same forms must burn the same color. Use for visual-parity, matching two UI implementations, migrating a styling system or component library, or "make it look exactly the same". The baseline is the spec, and equivalence is proven by image diff, not by eye.Design★ 111
- war-roomtmcfarlane/team-avatarSokka's war room for architecture decisions. Use for architect, /architect, "architect this", "design this", "how should we build this", "which approach", when a change crosses a module or service boundary, or when there are two or more plausible designs. Sketches types, signatures, and module boundaries before code, runs competing designs in parallel on different models, records the decision, and stays in the loop while implementation fills in.Design★ 111
- generate-images-with-firebase-aievanca/flutter-ai-rulesUse when generating or editing images from Flutter/Dart with Firebase AI Logic and a Gemini image model (Nano Banana), making the first call work, choosing Gemini Developer API vs Vertex AI, hitting quota, billing or App Check failures, getting empty or image-only responses, sending a user photo as input, controlling aspect ratio or size, writing the image prompt, or deciding what to test.Testing★ 663
- 01-auto-arenaagentscope-ai/OpenJudgeAutomatically evaluate and compare multiple AI models or agents without pre-existing test data. Generates test queries from a task description, collects responses from all target endpoints, auto-generates evaluation rubrics, runs pairwise comparisons via a judge model, and produces win-rate rankings with reports and charts. Supports checkpoint resume, incremental endpoint addition, and judge model hot-swap. Use when the user asks to compare, benchmark, or rank multiple models or agents on a custom task, or run an arena-style evaluation.Testing★ 938

Use when "competitor analysis", "competitive teardown", "who are our competitors", "battlecard", "competitive intel", "compare us to X", "what is X doing", or any request to research, analyze, or position against competitors.Science★ 59
