ai-acceptable-use-rules
From the author
Use this skill when staff already use AI assistants, coding tools or AI features and the company needs rules people will follow, and asks "write our AI usage policy", "can staff use ChatGPT", "generative AI policy", "what data can we put into AI tools", "approved AI tools list", "rules for AI agents and connectors" or "AI literacy for staff". Finds out what people actually use, sets a short list of approved tools with a data traffic light, rules for checking outputs and for agents that act, a fast route to request a new tool, and writes a two-page rule set, the approved tools list and rollout notes.

- acceptable-use-policy-draftingbetter-isms/grcskillsUse this skill when a company needs rules for how staff use company systems, data, devices and AI tools, or asks "write our acceptable use policy", "AUP for employees", "can staff use ChatGPT at work", "AI usage policy", "BYOD rules", "remote work security rules" or "a policy people will actually read". Finds how people really work (devices, apps, AI tools, travel), puts the choices to the reader as decisions, drafts a short plain-language policy with concrete do and do not examples, and adds a comprehension check and an acknowledgement text for onboarding.Security★ 51

- ai-governancemagnus919/agent-skillsDesign and operate AI governance: principles, decision rights, risk tiers, lifecycle gates, fairness, transparency, privacy, security, compliance mapping, maturity and board reporting across SaaS, API, self-hosted and agentic systems. Use to admit, update or retire Agent Skills, MCP servers and A2A capabilities; approve an agent for production actions; or decide earned-autonomy promotion, reduction or revocation. Cover GxP, ALCOA+, data integrity, electronic records, assurance and QMS interfaces for life sciences. Do not use for legal interpretation (legal-strategy), data-platform mechanics (data-architect/data-engineering), security implementation (secure-software-engineering), skill package inspection (agent-skills), or executing runtime changes (agent-production-operations).Security★ 148
- alterlab-ai-use-disclosureAlterLab-IEU/AlterLab-Academic-SkillsHelps faculty and researchers disclose generative-AI use and comply with the rules for manuscripts, grant proposals, peer review, theses and figures. Walks a venue → policy → placement decision tree over policies verified on 2026-09-23 (ICMJE, Springer Nature/Nature, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Sage, IEEE, PLOS, arXiv; NIH NOT-OD-25-132 and NOT-OD-23-149, NSF, UKRI, ERC, TÜBİTAK; YÖK's 2024 ethics guide; EU AI Act Article 50), drafts English and Turkish statements, and ships scripts/disclosure_builder.py to emit a statement plus warnings where a policy forbids the use. Use when the request mentions an AI or ChatGPT disclosure or declaration, whether and where AI use must be declared, AI in peer review or grant review, AI-generated figures, AI rules for a thesis, or 'yapay zekâ kullanım beyanı'. For course AI policies and APA/MLA citations of ChatGPT prefer alterlab-syllabus-ai-policy; for writing the paper itself prefer alterlab-scientific-writing. - review-ai-writingexistential-birds/beagleDetect AI-generated writing patterns in developer text — docs, docstrings, commit messages, PR descriptions, and code comments. Use when reviewing any text artifact for authenticity and clarity, or when the user mentions ai writing, ai-generated or robotic writing, text that sounds like AI or ChatGPT, or writing quality. Builds on the docs-style core writing principles.Writing★ 84
