ai-architect
From the author
Research and advise on the best way to approach a software project, including architecture, tech stack, implementation strategy, pricing/operating-cost tradeoffs, benchmark research, and comparisons with similar real-world projects. When the project hinges on a technical mechanism, it can also run a gated arXiv prior-art deep dive before recommending a path. Use before building, mid-build, or after completion when the user asks for project strategy, optimal approach, research comparables, similar projects, stack selection, vendor/service choice, repo analysis, architecture critique, implementation feedback, a prioritized improvement plan, or asks "has anyone solved this", "what's the state of the art", "check prior art", "how should I build this", or "am I about to rebuild something that already exists". Not for narrow single-bug debugging or isolated file edits — use /ai-debug — nor for deciding what to build — use /ai-orchestrator.

- lov-solution-architectlovstudio/skillsCreate research-backed product and technical solution plans from a user's requirement. Use when the user asks for detailed feasibility analysis, technology selection, architecture, implementation roadmap, library/vendor comparison, "解决方案", "技术方案", "产品方案", "选型", "调研分析", or a Skill Publisher.ai / 品牌工作室 branded solution. Prioritize modern popular open-source DIY options over legacy libraries, from-scratch builds, commercial APIs, and commercial products.Planning★ 72
- best-practicesvinta/hal-9000Use when about to choose, configure, or refine a tool, library, config format, API pattern, or project setup, or before proposing a design of your own — research current guidance, pitfalls, and prior art first; already knowing an approach, or assuming no prior art exists, is not an exemption. Also use when the user asks about best practices, gotchas, or recommended patternsDesign★ 141
- arch-designheliohq/shipSystem-design thinking before any doc or code: goals/non-goals, back-of-envelope numbers, components and contracts, failure modes, operability, security, trade-offs. Use for "design this system", "architecture for X", "trade-offs for X", "how should we architect", "API design", "data model for", "service boundaries", or before an ADR. Hands off to /ship:write-docs to record the decision. Not implementation planning (/ship:design — that turns a decided design into stories).Design★ 93
- architectural-analysistestdouble/hanPerforms deep architectural analysis of a specified module, directory, or feature area by examining structural coupling, data flow, concurrency patterns, risk, and SOLID alignment. Use when the user wants to assess, evaluate, or review the architecture, design quality, dependency structure, coupling, cohesion, or technical debt of an existing part of the codebase. Not for investigating specific bugs, runtime errors, or failures — use investigate. Not for test planning — use automated-test-planning. Not for file-level code review — use code-review. Not for researching open-ended options, prior art, or how something works — use research. Not for designing a new interface or contract — use design-an-api. Not for planning the change its findings imply — use plan-a-change. Not for discovering bounded contexts, ubiquitous language, or where code boundaries diverge from domain boundaries — use ddd-analysis. Not for writing documentation or architectural decision records.Planning★ 322
- design-firstrohitg00/skillkitGuides the creation of technical design documents before writing code, producing architecture diagrams, data models, API interface definitions, implementation plans, and multi-option trade-off analyses. Use when the user asks to plan a feature, architect a system, design an API, explore implementation approaches, or requests a technical design or spec before coding — especially for complex features involving multiple components, ambiguous requirements, or significant architectural changes.Design★ 1.6K
