research-wayfinder
From the author
Plans a research project as a decision map that persists across sessions, resolving one ticket per session until the design is defensible and pre-registerable. The map lives as Markdown in the repository, literature sweeps run as parallel research tickets, and the resolved map compiles into a pre-analysis plan. Use at project start, when a design has more open decisions than one conversation can hold, or when planning restarts each session. Not for executing analyses or writing the paper.

- research-routes-planzenx0x/allinlunaPlan software, research-exploration, or hybrid work from a repository, question, problem, frame, or arbitrary starting point. Use when Codex needs a route-neutral map, shared backbone, concurrent routes and branches, explicit claims and hypotheses, provenance, evidence polarity, lifecycle recovery, or a plan that keeps candidate inference separate from HumanDecision and canonical state.Science★ 63
- pathfinderthedotmack/claude-memMap a codebase into feature-grouped flowcharts, identify duplicated concerns across features, and propose a unified architecture. Use when asked to "find the ideal path," unify duplicated systems, or audit architecture before a refactor. Emits a proposed unified flowchart plus per-system /make-plan prompts.Planning★ 103K
- research-craftnik1t7n/research-craft-skillUse when planning, reviewing, or improving research work: choosing research problems, designing ML/AI experiments, reading papers, building experiment loops, analyzing outputs, writing research notes, or turning vague curiosity into a disciplined research plan. Emphasizes avoiding absorbed problems, upgrading information inputs beyond shared reading lists, and reasoning backward from outcomes the researcher genuinely wants to exist.Science★ 50
- brainstormhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsExplore ideas, compare approaches, and produce a validated spec before planning.
