youtube-chapters-tags
From the author
Stage 4 of the Ben AI publishing chain. Generates chapters with accurate timestamps and a tag string for a Ben van Sprundel video. Pulls the timestamped transcript out of YouTube through Claude in Chrome, finds where each topic actually starts, names chapters to Ben's measured style, flags every outbound video reference that needs a description link, and builds the tag list from the pattern measured across Ben's last 15 published videos. Needs the video to be Unlisted first, because a Studio draft has no caption track. Use when someone says "prepare the chapters", "do the tags", "chapter this video", "what tags should I use", "review the chapters", or shares a video URL and asks for chapters or tags.

- youtube-descriptionnaveedharri/benai-skillsStage 5 and the last stage of the Ben AI publishing chain. Assembles the video description from the canonical template using the video's five-letter code, its chapters, and its referenced-video links, writes the description and the tag string into the YouTube Studio draft through Claude in Chrome, and moves the Notion card to Ready to publish. Leaves the video Unlisted for a person to publish. Use when someone says "write the description", "put the description in", "load the description and tags", "finish the publish prep", "assemble the description", or has chapters and live Bitly links and wants them in Studio.Browser★ 74
- youtube-studio-setupnaveedharri/benai-skillsStage 1 of the Ben AI publishing chain. Takes a freshly uploaded video from Studio draft to a saved Unlisted video: puts the title and both thumbnails in place, arms the title-and-thumbnail A/B test, then walks the whole Studio wizard (monetization on with mid-rolls, ad suitability rated, end screen set, checks read, visibility Unlisted). Runs FIRST, before chapters, because a draft has no caption track and Unlisted is the only state where YouTube generates one. Use when someone says "set up the video in Studio", "walk the publishing steps", "do the wizard", "get it to unlisted", "arm the A/B test", "set the end screen", "rate the ad suitability", or has just uploaded a video and wants it ready for the rest of the chain.Testing★ 74
- youtube-shipnaveedharri/benai-skillsRuns the whole Ben AI YouTube publishing chain for one video, in the right order, and reports where the video already is before doing anything. Walks the Studio wizard to Unlisted first, then UTM links, Bitly import, chapters and tags, and the description. Collects every judgment call once in a Ship Brief up front so the mechanical work runs without stopping. Use whenever someone says "ship this video", "publish prep", "run the publishing process", "get this video ready", "youtube ship", "prep the video for tomorrow", or names a video in the Youtube tutorial Pipeline that has finished editing. Also use when only one stage is wanted, and route to that stage.Media★ 74
- benai-utm-creatornaveedharri/benai-skillsStage 2 of the Ben AI publishing chain. Turns one YouTube video title into all six Ben AI UTM tracking links, their Bitly backhalfs, a five-letter campaign code, and a Bitly-ready import CSV saved to Downloads. Needs nothing but the exact title, so it can run while YouTube is still processing the upload. Use whenever someone wants UTM links, tracking links, a campaign code, or Bitly short links for a video, or says "make UTMs for [title]", "create the tracking links", "UTM creator", "what is the code for this video", or "bitly links for [title]".Data★ 74
- youtube-thumbnailnaveedharri/benai-skillsGenerate on-brand YouTube thumbnails for Ben van Sprundel using Higgsfield in one shot. Use when the user says create a thumbnail, make a YT thumbnail, thumbnail for video, generate ben thumbnail, variation of last thumbnail, or shares a video concept and asks for a thumbnail. Auto-infers mode from the inputs (variation, new-with-ben, ben-plus-other, no-face), defaults to 3 variants, asks at most one question. On topic-driven runs it first researches what is working in the niche (VidIQ preferred, else Apify or the youtube connector), distills the winning patterns, and lets the user pick or mix before generating. Uses reference images as the identity anchor and anchors on the 10 most recent shipped thumbnails in references/brand-examples/. No Soul training required. Reads the locked style spec at Context/youtube-thumbnail-style.md if present. Real logos are never rendered; the thumbnail fills the frame edge-to-edge and the user composites the logo in post.Media★ 74
