operator
From the author
Build and schedule a personalized Operator prompt that runs a Baalda vault as a second brain on a recurring cadence. Run it from inside the vault: it reads Context/ and CLAUDE.md first to infer org, team, brand voice and paths, then asks only the gaps (cadence, connectors, DM recipient, budgets, signature), writes the rendered prompt locally, and invokes the schedule skill to wire the recurring trigger. Baalda-aware: routes every note move or rename through the app or the Baalda MCP so notes keep their doc_id, and never touches .context/. Use when the user says "set up the operator", "build my operator prompt", "operate my Baalda vault", "schedule my OS", "vault operator", or runs /operator.

- os-operatornaveedharri/benai-skillsBuild and schedule a personalized Operator prompt that runs the user's second brain on a recurring cadence. The skill is invoked from inside the vault folder locally — it reads `Context/` and `CLAUDE.md` first to infer org, team, brand voice, and paths, then asks ONLY the gaps it can't determine (cadence, connectors, DM recipient, budgets, signature). Fills `references/operator-prompt-template.md`, writes the rendered prompt locally, then invokes the `schedule` skill to wire up the recurring trigger automatically. Template is a generic version of a battle-tested vault Operator spec — cadence awareness, freshness, daily-as-state, idle-timeout protection, principles, hard rules, failure handling, report schema. Use when the user says "set up the operator", "build my operator prompt", "operate my second brain", "schedule my OS", "os operator", "vault operator", or runs /os-operator.Media★ 74
- setupnaveedharri/benai-skillsBootstrap a second-brain structure inside a Baalda vault and run personalized onboarding. Creates all directories, system files, per-folder routing indexes and starter context, then interviews the user to personalize everything. Two modes — Solopreneurs/Professionals (default), Business/Teams. Use when the user says "set up my Baalda vault", "set up my second brain", "bootstrap", "initialize", "onboarding", or runs /setup.Planning★ 74
- optimizernaveedharri/benai-skillsFramework-driven audit and optimizer for a Baalda vault. Applies 10 frameworks covering CLAUDE.md quality, wiki structure, compression, context rot, memory, progressive disclosure, hygiene, cross-file synthesis, architecture and discoverability, plus F10 Claude 5 rule rewriting. Every finding ships a concrete fix; the user picks apply-now or save-to-plan per finding. F10 rewrites rules written for older Claude models into judgment plus the reason, and proposes the documented Claude Fable 5.1 vault guardrails where they are missing. Baalda-aware: takes a vault checkpoint before applying, never touches .context/, and routes every move, rename or delete of a synced note through the app or the MCP tools so notes keep their doc_id. TRIGGERS: optimizer, rewrite my rules, audit my CLAUDE.md, my rules feel too strict, optimize my vault, vault audit, second brain audit, clean up my Baalda vault, framework audit, discoverability check, architecture audit, reorg vault. Run from the vault root.Writing★ 74
- baalda-guidenaveedharri/benai-skillsAnswer any question about Baalda (the team second-brain app at baalda.com) in plain, non-technical language — what it is, what it can and cannot do, which file formats it supports (Markdown, images, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, code files), how sync, offline, sharing, permissions, version history, AI/MCP, pricing, platforms and self-hosting work. Use this whenever someone asks "does Baalda…", "can Baalda…", "how does Baalda…", compares it with Obsidian/Notion/Logseq, or asks what happens to a file type in a vault, even if they do not say the word Baalda but are clearly asking about this product's features.Documents★ 74
- doctrinetelagod/code-abyssThe operating doctrine, self-contained in this folder. Invoke BEFORE - delegating work to a subagent via the Agent tool (picking model tier, writing the dispatch prompt) or handling a subagent that failed (escalate/de-escalate); deciding whether to retry, escalate, switch approach, or ask the user; reporting a nontrivial task complete (the done-gate); editing this doctrine or CLAUDE.md; recording a lesson about the harness.Writing★ 243
- second-brain-projectundefined-ui/second-brain-osSet up or update a project in the vault: the four-stage folder pipeline, a project-scoped CLAUDE.md with one goal, and links to the concept pages it depends on. Use this skill when the user starts something new they will work on over time, says "create a project", "set up a folder for X", or asks to define the goal and structure of ongoing work. Do NOT use for one-off tasks, for wiki pages about a topic, or for scoping an existing project down to work in it.Productivity★ 1.1K
