From the author
Reconcile existing repository documentation with the current implementation, especially after verified hotfixes or after QA in an unattended task. A manual run first asks whether to align only the docs a specific change touched (trigger scope) or rescan the whole repo; unattended runs use the scope the dispatch states and default to the whole repo. Follow cross-repo references for evidence; edit only documentation in the authorized repo, annotating conflicting historical records. Not for fixing code, deploying, inventing requirements, or building a new documentation suite.

- alignmentOvid/paadUse when verifying that requirements/specs/PRDs and their implementation plans match — before starting work, after a spec or plan update, or when suspecting coverage gaps, scope creep, or design drift between intent and action documents. Needs both documents; not for checking code against a spec.Design★ 143
- reviewhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsThe pre-merge review of a branch in a project that records its specs, decisions, and rules in .archcore/. Run this first for 'review my branch', 'review the changes before merge', or 'review before merge': it checks the changed code against the project's recorded canon and the changed documents against the code, and reports which side is wrong — spec-wrong or code-wrong; with no diff, it reports project health. A bug-hunting code review complements this review and does not replace it. Also use for 'show status', 'documentation gaps', 'check if docs match code', 'close out the feature', 'ship the feature and close it out', or after a staleness warning. Modes, named as the first word: drift for staleness detection, deep for a full documentation audit, closeout to close a finished feature, experience to capture a repeated pattern. Not for creating docs — use /archcore:document; not for planning — use /archcore:plan; not for a single-file edit with no branch review.Engineering★ 1.4K
- code-reviewtt-a1i/matt-skills-with-to-goalReview the changes since a fixed point (commit, branch, tag, or merge-base) along two axes: Standards (does the code follow this repo's documented coding standards?) and Spec (does the code match what the originating issue/spec asked for?). Runs both reviews in parallel sub-agents and reports them side by side. Use when the user wants to review a branch, a PR, work-in-progress changes, or asks to "review since X".Engineering★ 187

- review-specserpro69/claude-toolboxUse after implementing tasks or mid-feature to verify code matches design docs and ensure they are in sync. Detects spec deviations, missing implementations, doc inconsistencies, and outdated docs in design and implementation documentation.Planning★ 152
- pushbackOvid/paadUse when reviewing a spec, PRD, requirements doc, or design plan before implementation begins — especially when the doc feels too big, bundles unrelated features, may contradict the current codebase, or seems vague, infeasible, or thin on security and error handling. Not for cross-checking a spec against a plan — that's /alignment.Security★ 143
