video-ingest
From the author
Turn a video or audio recording — a local file OR a URL (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, ...) — into vault knowledge using the crv (claude-real-video) CLI. Scene-aware keyframes + a Whisper transcript, frames correlated to what's being said, compiled into Raw source + Wiki notes with screenshots. Use when the user points at a recording, a meeting, a screen capture, or a reference video and wants it watched, transcribed, analyzed, or added to the vault.

- second-brain-ingestundefined-ui/second-brain-osTurn raw source material in a second-brain vault into linked wiki pages: read the source, split it into concepts and entities, write or update pages, connect them to existing pages, and record the run in the log. Use this skill whenever the user drops a file into raw/, pastes an article, transcript or PDF and asks to add it to the vault, says "ingest this", "add this to my second brain", "process raw", or asks to catch up on unprocessed sources, even if they do not name the ingest command. Do NOT use for answering questions from an existing vault, for linting or repairing pages, or for editing notes the user wrote by hand.Documents★ 1.2K
- wiki-ingestpaperclipai/paperclipUse when an operation issue asks to ingest a captured `raw/` source into the LLM Wiki, or the user says "ingest <slug>". Create durable source, entity, concept, synthesis, index, and log pages; use paperclip-distill for Paperclip bundles.Other★ 109.7K
- yt-ingestionnaveedharri/benai-skillsFetch a YouTube video's raw artifacts (video file, transcript, word-level timestamps, thumbnail, metadata) without committing to a downstream workflow. Use when the user wants just the ingestion output for debugging, scratch work, or feeding into another tool. Triggers on phrases like "get me the transcript", "download this video", "fetch artifacts for", "ingest this YouTube URL".Media★ 78
- watching-videosoxbshw/watch-skillThe user shared a video URL, a YouTube/TikTok/stream link, a local video file, a screen recording, a meeting recording, or a playlist/folder of videos — "watch this", "summarize this video", "what's in this recording". Use this to actually watch the video — download, extract frames, OCR, transcribe, and index it — instead of guessing from the title or asking the user to describe it.Media★ 544
- video-transcriptZeroPointRepo/youtube-skillsUse when video content needs to be extracted as text: pasted YouTube links or IDs, requests to transcribe, summarize, quote, translate, convert video to text, or extract information from video content. Also use when a user shares a video URL without explanation and wants to know what it says. Not for uploads or account management.Media★ 1.1K
- parsing-videooaustegard/claude-skillsInterpret video content visually by sampling frames into timestamped contact sheets that can be read as images. Use when: user asks what happens in a video; asks to summarize, describe, review, or QA video content or footage; asks about scenes, actions, people, or objects in a video; needs a storyboard-style overview of a clip; asks to find where something occurs in a video. Triggers on 'watch this video', 'what's in this video', 'summarize the video', 'describe the footage', 'contact sheet', 'storyboard', 'review this clip', 'find the scene where', 'scene detection', 'shot boundaries', 'detect cuts', 'dwell points'. For converting, trimming, or transcoding video, use processing-video instead.Media★ 158
