manual-tester
From the author
Plan and run manual tests of the project's running app. Runs a session in one of five modes: exploratory, verification, smoke, assessment (UX, localization, accessibility, improvement review), or AI probe. Also writes a manual test plan that holds only what automated tests cannot judge. Use whenever the user asks, in any language, for something to be tested by hand or for a manual test plan — "manual test", "exploratory test", "bug hunt", "verify the bug fix", "smoke test", "QA this screen", "review this screen's UX", "what would you improve", "check the localized copy", "test the AI agent's answers", "write manual test cases", "kịch bản test manual" — or assigns a test design, test plan or test-case IDs to execute by hand. Not for writing automated tests.

- manual-test-planningtestdouble/hanProduce a plain-language manual test plan from the context supplied to it — an executive summary, a high-level list of named tests, and a detail section per test with the steps a person follows by hand and the outcomes they should expect. Use when you want to create, draft, generate, or outline a manual test plan, manual QA steps, hands-on verification steps, or an acceptance walkthrough for a feature, change, branch, plan, or PR. When the plan holds more than five tests and at least two natural categories emerge, both the test list and the detail sections are organized under plain-language categories. When nothing in the supplied context can be manually tested, it says so and asks for more context instead of producing a document. Does not analyze code for automated test coverage gaps — use automated-test-planning. Does not write test code — use tdd. Does not review code quality — use code-review. Does not stress-test an existing plan — use iterative-plan-review.Testing★ 323
- usability-testingrampstackco/claude-skillsPlan and run usability tests on existing or prototype designs including test design, task scripts, moderation, observation, and findings synthesis. Use this skill whenever the user wants to test usability, run a moderated test, run an unmoderated test, validate a design, find usability issues, or improve task completion. Triggers on usability test, usability testing, moderated test, unmoderated test, task script, think aloud, prototype testing, user testing, design validation, task completion. Also triggers when the user has built something and wants to know if real users can use it before shipping.Testing★ 994
- automated-test-planningtestdouble/hanProduce a standalone test plan by analyzing code for test coverage gaps and edge cases. Use when you need to create, generate, or draft a test plan for a branch, need to analyze test coverage, or need to identify what tests to write for specific files or directories. Does not produce a plain-language plan for a person to run tests by hand — use manual-test-planning for that. Does not write test code — use tdd to implement behavior test-first. Does not refine existing plans — use iterative-plan-review. Does not review code quality, security, or style — use code-review for full code review. Does not evaluate architectural testability or structural coupling — use architectural-analysis for architectural assessment.Testing★ 323
- exploratory-testtobihagemann/turboExecute multi-level exploratory testing of the app covering basic functionality, complex operations, adversarial testing, and cross-cutting scenarios, plus usability observations through a UX lens reported separately from defects. Deeper than /smoke-test. Use when the user asks to "exploratory test", "test thoroughly", "test all scenarios", "deep test", "test edge cases", "test everything", "break it", "find bugs by testing", "test usability", or "check the UX while testing".Testing★ 416
- exploratory-testingpetrkindlmann/qa-skillsDesign and execute structured exploratory testing sessions. Covers Session-Based Test Management (SBTM), charter writing, heuristic-based exploration (HICCUPS, FEW HICCUPS), bug discovery patterns, note-taking templates, and conversion of findings to automated tests. Use when: "exploratory testing," "SBTM," "manual testing," "bug hunting," "test charter," "heuristic testing." Not for: an AI browser agent autonomously exploring the app from a natural-language goal — use agentic-browser-testing. Not for: testing your product's own AI/LLM features — use ai-system-testing. Related: test-planning, ai-bug-triage, risk-based-testing, agentic-browser-testing.Testing★ 209
- experiment-loopvibeeval/vibecosystemAutonomous experiment loop: hypothesize > modify > test > evaluate > keep/discard > repeat. Run N experiments automatically with measurable metrics. Works for performance optimization, A/B testing, prompt engineering, and any measurable improvement task.Testing★ 540
