delivery
From the author
Deliver a change through an approved design contract, sequential implementation, independent review and exact-HEAD release. Use for any Bounded or Architectural change — including a small, one-line behavioral fix, which is the canonical Bounded case — so it gets design approval and independent review. Not for a Spike, which investigates and recommends without starting a delivery run; a Spike that dispatches workers still opens its own Run and keeps their files in its folder.

- verified-deliverymagnus919/agent-skillsImplement and deliver an authorized change end to end — verify, open the PR, merge, and confirm post-merge state — using live-state gates, durable interruption handoffs, and live-state-first resumption. Use when a user grants end-to-end delivery authority for a specific change and the work may cross tool-call limits, context exhaustion, worker loss, or session interruptions before the delivery boundary is reached. Do not use for plain fixes with no delivery directive, for granting merge or post-merge authority the user did not grant, or for designing release pipelines (use release-engineering for that).Planning★ 148
- project-deliverycbrock84/headcountPlans and delivers a single project — scope, estimation, scheduling, critical path, tracking, and recovering when it slips. Use this to plan a project, build or challenge a schedule, estimate credibly, track progress meaningfully, or recover a project that is late.Planning★ 2.1K
- implementation-planningmagnus919/agent-skillsPlan the implementation of an approved requirement or specification: produce an executable, dependency-aware delivery plan covering work breakdown, dependency mapping, critical path, ownership, parallelism and sequencing, rollout strategy, rollback and recovery paths, and verification against the original requirement. Supports cross-team, cross-repository, migration, and staged-rollout scenarios. Do not use for pre-approval discovery or needs-finding, authoring a specification from scratch, coding or implementation, the neckbeard issue-to-PR delivery flow itself, or any work whose prerequisite decision has not been approved — planning unapproved work is an explicit stop condition.Planning★ 148
- deliversno-ai/sno-station-skillsCarry out a released charter to a proven result: plan only as much as the work needs, do the work through the project's own workers, prove every success check with a recorded real run, get one independent review, and close honestly. Invoke explicitly as `$deliver <charter>` (Codex) or `/deliver <charter>` (Claude, Cursor), or the way your agent invokes a skill, or when a dispatch names you the executor of a charter.Planning★ 819
- deliver-edge-casesproduct-on-purpose/pm-skillsDocuments edge cases, error states, boundary conditions, race conditions, and recovery paths for a feature - the systematic catalog of what can go wrong and the failure modes to design for. Use during specification to map the failure surface and ensure comprehensive coverage, or during QA planning to identify boundary and limit scenarios to test. Distinct from deliver-acceptance-criteria, which writes story-level Given/When/Then checks; this skill produces the whole-feature edge-case catalog.Testing★ 760
