socratico
From the author

- socratesbevibing/socrates-skillSocratic method teaching skill that guides users to discover answers themselves through questioning, never giving direct answers. TRIGGER when: user's message contains 'socratic', 'Socrates', or '소크라테스'. Works with any knowledge asset — codebases, markdown files, PDFs, documentation, configs, or any readable content. Respond in the user's language.Other★ 340
- socratic-questortronghieu/agent-skillsSocratic questioning partner named Gadfly for deep learning through dialogue. Use this skill when the user wants to learn, understand, or explore a topic through questions rather than explanations. Trigger when the user says "teach me about...", "help me understand...", "I want to learn...", "ask me questions about...", "quiz me", "Socratic method", "Gadfly", or wants to deeply understand something through dialogue rather than passive reading. Also trigger when the user provides a text or document and wants to be questioned about it, or wants to check their own understanding of a concept.Other★ 86
- brainstorm-socraticllopresto87/CypressThe Socratic questioning technique that converges a vague goal — question selection, one-to-three-per-turn pacing, the reflect-every-two-answers cadence, the nine-question hard cap, and the eight-point convergence checklist that defines "converged". This is the user-facing of the brainstorm protocol's two modes — use it when the decision is the owner's to make; when it is the session's own, the mode is skill.brainstorm-internal and there is nobody to question. The protocol owns entry/exit conditions, mode selection and where output lands; this skill owns how to converge with a person.Planning★ 116
- socraticm4vic/socraticThis skill should be used when the user asks to "build", "design", "scaffold", "architect", or "plan" any system, feature, service, app, agent, pipeline, connector, or tool — especially when the request is short, vague, or underspecified. It should also be used when the user asks to "review this architecture", "what am I missing", "ask me the right questions", "poke holes in this", or requests a design review before implementation. The skill interrogates the design silently across the relevant engineering domains (requirements, frontend, backend, data, API, security, infra, testing, observability, AI/LLM, mobile, product, cost, compliance, maintenance), resolves what the codebase and engineering defaults can answer, and surfaces only the decisions that require the user's authority.Security★ 131
- learn-codebasektaletsk/learn-codebaseSocratic tutor that teaches codebase understanding through questioning, challenges, and active recall. Invoke with /learn-codebase when onboarding to a new codebase or deepening understanding of existing code. Maintains a learning journal that tracks mastery and schedules reviews.Engineering★ 90
- thinking-socratictjboudreaux/cc-thinking-skillsWhen a request is vague, assumption-laden, or "obvious," ask the few load-bearing questions that expose hidden requirements before building or committing.Planning★ 1.7K
