slo-equity
From the author
Use this skill when a UK seed-stage founder needs first-cut equity artifacts (cofounder split rationale, vesting schedule with 4-year/1-year-cliff, cap-table snapshot), needs a vesting agreement / option grant translated to plain English, needs to triage whether a lawyer + accountant are required for an equity matter, or needs to prepare for an equity-related professional call. Same four-mode advisor pattern as `/slo-legal` and `/slo-accounting`: `draft`, `translate`, `triage`, `prepare`. Hard-blocks `draft` for regulated / >£5k / counterparty-with-lawyer / GDPR matters. Cites HMRC VCM index for SEIS / EIS qualifying-rights checks. Routes preferential-rights matters to lawyer; tax matters to accountant; complex cap-table changes to lawyer + accountant.

- slo-legalThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-openUse this skill when a UK seed-stage founder needs first-cut legal documents (NDA, contractor SOW, IP assignment, T&Cs), needs a legal document received from a counterparty translated to plain English, needs to triage whether a matter requires a lawyer, or needs to prepare for a lawyer call. Operates as an advisor with four modes: `draft`, `translate`, `triage`, `prepare`. Hard-blocks `draft` for regulated domains, deal value > £5,000, counterparty with a lawyer (or being asked to sign their paper), and ALL GDPR-related documents — routing those situations to `triage` instead. UK only in v1; non-UK jurisdictions emit an explicit "v1 supports UK only" error rather than degrading silently. Cites onenda.org (CC BY-ND 4.0, verbatim render) for NDA work and JPP Law fixed-fee public pricing for ROI provenance.Legal★ 97

- founder-agreement-drafting-stephane-boghossianlawve-ai/awesome-legal-skillsA drafting-and-review copilot for a founders' / co-founders' agreement — the terms fixing equity, vesting, IP, roles, control, deadlock, and departure between cofounders. Jurisdiction-agnostic, anchored on the Delaware C-corp default. Two modes: DRAFT (intake → equity & vesting → clauses → blocker triage → pre-signature check) and REVIEW (audit an existing agreement against an 18-clause checklist and red-flag scan). It handles the highest-dispute terms first-class: the equity split as documented reasoning (not a fake calculator), reverse vesting and the 83(b) clock, present-tense IP assignment (the Stanford v. Roche trap), leaver buyback and dead equity, and the deadlock clause most tools omit. It drafts for the venture, never one founder against another. Not legal advice.Legal★ 918

- soa-first-draftbetter-isms/grcskillsUse this skill when a company has a risk assessment and treatment plan and now needs its first statement of applicability, and asks "build our SoA", "draft the statement of applicability", "which controls apply to us", "SoA from the risk treatment plan", "justify inclusions and exclusions" or "our SoA says implemented everywhere". Drafts one row per control of the reader's framework with the inclusion decision, the risk or obligation behind it, an implementation status taken from records, an evidence pointer and an owner role, and writes a CSV statement plus notes of open decisions.Data★ 53
