game-image-generation-rules
From the author
Plan, generate, inspect, vision-evaluate, refine, and package images and visual assets for game development through a backend-agnostic production loop. Use for PNG or SVG props, icons, characters, environments, tiles, UI, HUD/gameplay screens, VFX, transparent cutouts, concept or worldbuilding boards, sprite sheets, static sprite collections, or animation frames; especially when the task needs batch generation, native prompts or ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion Danbooru tags, reference consistency, background removal, format validation, or iterative quality scoring. This skill orchestrates available image, image-edit, vision, SVG, MCP, local, and host-native tools without requiring a specific generator.

- hive.image-generationaden-hive/hiveRequired before calling image_generate. Create and edit images from a prompt — generate an image, make a picture / logo / illustration / icon / banner / poster / thumbnail / hero image / mockup / product shot / social graphic, or edit / restyle / combine existing images from reference images. Uses OpenAI gpt-image-2 through the Hive image service, billed to the user's Hive credits like an LLM call (no API key needed). Teaches the exact call shape, the quality/cost tradeoff (quality="low" is the default and cheapest), reference-image editing, how to show the result to the user with attach_file, and the failure modes (out of credits, model unavailable, moderation).Media★ 11.1K
- scenario-game-assetsscenario-labs/skillsUse when creating game art through Scenario MCP: sprites, sprite sheets, icons, props, loot, tilesets and autotile terrain transitions, seamless tiles, isometric buildings, top-down maps, pixel art, UI buttons and panels, parallax background layers or depth planes for side-scrollers, and character or concept art; or when assets need transparent backgrounds, background removal, style-consistent variation batches, upscaling, pixel-grid cleanup, or PNG export for Unity, Godot, or Unreal.Design★ 1.1K
- image-composeUtopai-Research/pai-codeGenerates/edits filmmaking canvas images via generate_image.js and generate_image_pro.js. Use before image CLIs for character/location design, refs, starting frames, storyboards, stills, edits, variations, and downstream video anchors. Video-bound characters default to Pattern 7 4-panel sheets; one-off static portraits use Pattern 1. Story/script breakdowns should create detailed location anchors plus material character/location variants. Storyboards use Pattern 6: one pro composite mosaic per clip/<=15s shot note.Media★ 352
- design-with-imagesdzhng/skillsExplore UI and visual design with image generation, then iterate the real implementation against the user-selected concept. Use when brainstorming visual directions, offering mockup variants, or implementing an approved generated design; do not stop at the mockups or the first code approximation.Design★ 1.4K
- imagegenopenai/skillsGenerate or edit raster images when the task benefits from AI-created bitmap visuals such as photos, illustrations, textures, sprites, mockups, or transparent-background cutouts. Use when Codex should create a brand-new image, transform an existing image, or derive visual variants from references, and the output should be a bitmap asset rather than repo-native code or vector. Do not use when the task is better handled by editing existing SVG/vector/code-native assets, extending an established icon or logo system, or building the visual directly in HTML/CSS/canvas.OfficialDesign★ 28.3K
