conditional-customer-success
From the author
Guide recurring human-relationship practices — success plans, health evidence, renewal and expansion signals, QBRs, handoffs, escalation, and closed-loop Voice of Customer. Do not use this skill for products without accounts, renewals, QBRs, or a customer-success team, including some internal tools, pure transactional products without recurring relationships, and public services without account-based engagement. Load only when the product context includes a recurring human relationship; decline or route away otherwise.

- customer-success-managementcbrock84/headcountRuns the ongoing relationship with accounts after the sale — segmenting coverage against account value, building a health score that predicts rather than describes, running reviews customers find worth attending, forecasting renewals honestly, and finding expansion that follows usage instead of quota. Use this to design a customer success motion, decide who gets a named contact, work out why renewals surprise you, or fix a health score everyone ignores.Design★ 2.1K
- cs-playbooksLeadMagic/gtm-skillsBuild customer success playbooks — onboarding, health scoring, CSQLs, expansion plays, QBRs, and churn intervention. - client-onboardingericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when a deal closed or a user signed up and the first 30 days need an activation plan: sales→delivery handoff, one verifiable activation event, kickoff, and a 30/60/90 or day-0→14 plan with owners, dates and a measurable exit. NOT reactive ticket triage (that is `customer-support`), NOT renewals/churn past the onboarded gate (that is `retention`).Planning★ 272
- keep-recontonone-ai/tononeCustomer success reconnaissance — audit current onboarding completion, health signals, NRR, churn patterns, and CS motion. Use when asked to "audit our customer success", "why are customers churning", "what's our NRR", or before designing any CS playbook.Other★ 76
