sidecar-lint
From the author
Lint and repair citation sidecars in a research corpus — structural integrity (missing Outgoing/Incoming sections, missing frontmatter ref/title/type, doubled-append duplicate table headers), zero-edge orphan detection, (see REF doc) author backfill from the analysis citation block, and affiliation-primary canonicalization to PROF-O slugs. Runs via `aiwg corpus sidecar-lint` / `aiwg corpus sidecar-repair`.

- radar-initjmagly/aiwgScaffold radar/freshness sidecars for research-corpus REFs. Pulls title/authors from the citation sidecar and GRADE from the analysis doc, defaults the refresh cadence from GRADE and the cluster from a corpus-local map, and stamps documentation/radar/REF-XXX-radar.md. Runs via `aiwg corpus radar-init`.Science★ 225
- wiki-lintpaperclipai/paperclipUse when an LLM Wiki operation issue is a lint or health check. Audit for contradictions, orphans, weak provenance, broken links, missing concept pages, and index/log drift; return triage findings without auto-fixing.Other★ 106.8K
- second-brain-lintundefined-ui/second-brain-osAudit a second-brain vault for structural problems and repair them: broken wikilinks, orphan pages, empty stubs, frontmatter that violates the schema, near-duplicate pages, and stale index entries. Use this skill whenever the user asks to lint, clean, audit or check the health of their vault, says pages feel messy or links are broken, after a large bulk import, or when a scheduled maintenance run fires. Do NOT use for ingesting new sources, for answering questions from the vault, or for rewriting page content that is structurally fine but reads badly.Other★ 1.1K
- lit-reviewpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowStructured literature search + synthesis with citation extraction, thematic clustering, and gap identification. Use when user says "find papers on X", "do a lit review", "what's the literature on...", "summarize what we know about...", "where's the gap in this field", "review recent work on Y". Produces a written review with BibTeX-ready citations. Uses WebSearch/WebFetch for recent work.Engineering★ 1.7K
