deidentify
From the author
Use when clinical data may contain PHI and must be de-identified before any LLM-assisted analysis. A local Python script (no network or AI calls) detects identifiers with regex and heuristics in 12 country locale packs, with interactive terminal review.

- hk-local-diagnosedeepklarity/harness-kitRun diagnostic scripts on tasks, specs, boards, or reflections. Wraps testing_tools/ with proper working directory and output mode selection. Use this skill whenever the user wants to inspect, debug, or check the state of a task, spec, board, or reflection — even if they don't say 'inspect' explicitly. Triggers on: 'why did task X fail', 'show me spec Y', 'what's on the board', 'check task', 'inspect', 'diagnose', or /hk-local-diagnose.Planning★ 102
- redact-piirunxhq/runxDetect and remove personal data before content crosses a trust boundary, returning usable scrubbed content only when a deterministic residual scan passes. Use for exports, prompts, logs, support material, or outbound handoffs that need a pass, review, or block verdict; it does not move content or handle credentials.Engineering★ 104
- dicom-metadata-extractNVIDIA/skillsUsed for extracting selected metadata from one DICOM file and flagging standard-tag PHI presence. Not for anonymization or clinical use.Science★ 3.7K
- hipaa-compliancelawve-ai/awesome-legal-skillsExpert HIPAA compliance assistant for healthcare and software contexts. Use this skill whenever the user mentions HIPAA, PHI (Protected Health Information), ePHI, covered entities, business associates, healthcare data privacy, medical records, health information security, BAA (Business Associate Agreements), or any compliance review involving patient data. Also trigger for requests to draft privacy notices, HIPAA policies, consent forms, security risk assessments, or breach notification letters. Use for developers building healthcare software who need technical safeguard guidance (encryption, access controls, audit logs), compliance officers reviewing documents or procedures, and anyone asking "is this HIPAA compliant?" or "what does HIPAA require for X?". When in doubt about whether a healthcare or data privacy question falls under this skill — use it.Legal★ 894
- python-runcongchuanling-dot/CohortRun and debug Python scripts in the project. Use when the user says "run python", "execute this script", "debug this py file", or wants to run/modify a .py file. Handles dependency checks, linting, execution, and error analysis.Engineering★ 186
- phoenix-cligithub/awesome-copilotDebug LLM applications using the Phoenix CLI. Fetch traces, analyze errors, structure trace review with open coding and axial coding, inspect datasets, review experiments, query annotation configs, and use the GraphQL API. Use whenever the user is analyzing traces or spans, investigating LLM/agent failures, deciding what to do after instrumenting an app, building failure taxonomies, choosing what evals to write, or asking "what's going wrong", "what kinds of mistakes", or "where do I focus" — even without naming a technique.Engineering★ 40.4K
