trade-quote-builder
From the author
Builds estimates, quotes, and bids for trades and field-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, painting, cleaning, remodeling, general contracting, IT/AV installs). Turns a scope into line items with waste factors, burdened labor, materials, equipment, subs, permits, mobilization, contingency, overhead, profit, and tax, then writes a client-ready xlsx (live formulas) and PDF plus an internal cost sheet, with good/better/best options, add-ons, a payment schedule, exclusions, and assumptions. Use whenever someone asks for a quote, estimate, bid, proposal price, or job price, asks "how much should I charge for this job", wants to check a price or margin on a job, or is confused about markup vs margin. Computes deterministically with a script instead of mental math, because models routinely treat a 30% markup as a 30% margin and drop labor burden, waste, and mobilization.

- proposal-builderanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsTurns whatever came out of a discovery conversation — a call transcript, a voice memo, jobsite photos, an RFP document, a set of drawings, or scrappy notes — into a branded, costed proposal, estimate, or statement of work built on the owner's own templates and historical pricing. Routes it for signature and triggers the deposit invoice once it's accepted. Works entirely from uploaded files when no connector is available, producing DOCX and PDF the owner can send themselves. Use this whenever a quote, bid, estimate, proposal, or SOW is the deliverable — including phrasings like "write this up for them," "put together a quote," "I need to bid this job," "turn my notes into a proposal," "respond to this RFP," or "price this out." Reach for it when the owner describes a job they just looked at, even without saying the word quote.OfficialDocuments★ 31.9K
- budget-buildermohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsBuild a realistic personal monthly budget from someone's income and expenses. Use when asked to make a budget, plan monthly spending, allocate income, or get finances under control. Produces a categorized budget (a 50/30/20-style allocation tuned to their reality), a surplus/shortfall number, and concrete next moves. Educational, not regulated financial advice.Finance★ 1.5K
- report-builderanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsTurns a plain-English description of a recurring report into a real, repeatable report — defines the metrics, pulls them from whatever data sources are connected, delivers a chat summary plus an XLSX workbook, and saves the definition so the same report reruns on demand or on a schedule. Handles anything from "sales by location versus last year" to AR aging to labor as a percentage of revenue. Works fully from an uploaded CSV or XLSX when no connector is available. Use this whenever the owner asks for a report, dashboard, KPI pack, metrics summary, or recurring numbers — including phrasings like "can you track this every week," "I need to see these numbers monthly," "build me a report on," "same report as last time," or "put together a KPI dashboard." Reach for it even when the owner names the metrics without using the word report.OfficialData★ 31.9K
- customer-story-buildergooseworks-ai/goose-skillsTake raw customer inputs — interview transcripts, survey responses, Slack quotes, support tickets, review excerpts — and generate a structured case study draft with problem/solution/result narrative, pull-quotes, metric callouts, and multi-format outputs (full case study, one-pager, social proof snippet, sales deck slide). Pure reasoning skill. Use when a product marketing team has customer signal but no time to write the story.Documents★ 1.3K
- software-cost-estimatorBlackBeltTechnology/pi-agent-dashboardEstimate developer cost and effort for a set of use cases, functional and non-functional requirements on a given technology stack. Produces an architecture plan, a role-resolved man-hour estimate with P50/P85/P95 ranges, a side-by-side comparison of four delivery modes (human only, human + AI, AI-steered human-supervised, agentic HITL), and a business case with NPV/ROI/payback/TCO and a must-should-could scope ladder. Use when the user asks "how much would this cost to build", "estimate this project", "how many man-days", "make an offer/quote", "what would it cost with AI vs without", "build a business case for this feature", or wants to size a backlog, an RFP response, or a change request.Planning★ 330
