When you want to manage projects across your businesses using a kanban + Eisenhower methodology. One kanban per business (whatever portfolio of businesses, projects, or initiatives you run). Tool-agnostic — connects via API/MCP to whatever PM tool each business uses (Notion, GitHub Projects, Plane, Linear, Obsidian file-based, or manual mode). Async-first output. Six modes — setup (scaffold a new board for a business), triage (Eisenhower-sort the backlog), next (pick the next thing to work on, single board or across all), status (paste-ready async snapshot), unblock (diagnose Review/Blocked column), weekly (Friday pulse + week planning). Triggers on "/pm," "/pm setup," "/pm triage," "/pm next," "/pm status," "/pm unblock," "/pm weekly," "what should I work on next," "kanban status," "Eisenhower this," "triage my backlog," "what's blocked."

- technical-project-managementmagnus919/agent-skillsManage technical projects from initiation through delivery and closure: choose and tailor predictive, iterative, Scrum, flow-based, or hybrid approaches; coordinate teams and vendors; track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, forecasts, scope changes, and recovery. Use when a team has no project manager, a TPM needs decision-ready analysis, a project is slipping, or commitments and handoffs need coordination. Use `technical-program-management` instead when multiple related projects, teams, vendors, shared capacity, or benefits must be coordinated toward one outcome. Adapt depth to the user's expertise. Do not use for a standalone coding task, product discovery or strategy, only writing an implementation plan, only diagnosing Kanban flow, operating a ticket tool, incident command, or a release go/no-go decision; route those to specialists.Writing★ 148
- kanban-mdantopolskiy/kanban-mdManage project tasks using kanban-md, a file-based kanban board CLI. Use when the user mentions tasks, kanban, board, backlog, sprint, project management, work items, priorities, blockers, or wants to track, create, list, move, edit, or delete tasks. Also use for standup, status update, sprint planning, triage, or project metrics.Writing★ 226
- kanban-gurumagnus919/agent-skillsDiagnose Kanban flow problems and design board operating models. Load this when your team is struggling with throughput, cycle times are unpredictable, multiple stakeholders compete for the same engineers, or you're wondering if Kanban is right for you. Do not use this skill for unrelated requests; route to the nearest named specialist.Design★ 148
- utility-pm-workflow-orchestratorproduct-on-purpose/pm-skillsRun an ordered sequence of pm-skills against one input, pausing for go/no-go and stopping on a failed or empty step. Accepts a saved prioritized action plan (Mode A) or an ad-hoc named chain (Mode B; the chain command routes here). Explicit invocation only; run --dry-run first while the native path is EXPERIMENTAL. To author a durable workflow instead, use utility-pm-workflow-builder.Productivity★ 760
- agentflowsickn33/agentic-awesome-skillsOrchestrate autonomous AI development pipelines through your Kanban board (Asana, GitHub Projects, Linear). Manages multi-worker Claude Code dispatch, deterministic quality gates, adversarial review, per-task cost tracking, and recoverable pipeline design.Design★ 48.5K
- kanban-based-developmentantopolskiy/kanban-mdAutonomous, parallel-safe development workflow using kanban-md. Use when the user asks to work through tasks, do kanban-based development, or when multiple agents need to coordinate work on the same codebase. Optimized for explicit handoffs and a "defer to user" protocol when human intervention is required.Productivity★ 226
