talking-head-recut
From the author
Package an existing talking-head / interview / podcast video with timed, designed GRAPHIC OVERLAY cards — kinetic titles, lower-thirds, data callouts, quotes, side panels, picture-in-picture — synced to the transcript, on a 16:9 / 9:16 / 4:5 canvas of your choice; the clip plays untouched underneath. Trigger on "graphic overlays", "on-screen graphics", "package / dress up my video". Not plain subtitles (/embedded-captions). Unclear → /hyperframes.

- talking-head-guide0xsline/OpenChatCutGuide for editing videos where the primary content is people talking — talking-head / 口播, interview / 访谈, lecture, tutorial, podcast, course content, and similar talking-driven formats. Use when the user wants speech editing on a talking video (剪口播 / 口播剪辑 / 去口癖 / clean up fillers / smooth speech), motion graphics layered onto talking video (口播加 MG / 加动画), or B-roll on a talking video (加 B-roll / add B-roll). For motion graphics specifically, use this together with the active Motion Graphics skill/workflow available in the current OpenChatCut environment — this skill adds talking-specific guidance (speech-rhythm timing, frame-aware placement, subject/caption protection, placement verification).Media★ 2.7K
- transcription0xsline/OpenChatCutUse when a video/audio task needs OpenChatCut transcription, captions, subtitles, subtitle styling, transcript search, transcript readiness checks, or enabling captions, including local or attached videos where the user asks to add captions/subtitles, transcribe, create bilingual subtitles, clean talking-head speech, remove filler words, or trim pauses.Media★ 2.7K
Other★ 1.4K
- editJakeschincariol/master-skillsEdit talking-head and short-form video end to end: cut dead space, ums and retakes, add word-timed captions, dynamic visuals and stop motion, then finish the audio at -14 LUFS and export for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Combines the HyperFrames, Remotion and video-use editing skills with local ffmpeg tools. Use whenever someone wants to edit, cut, tighten or caption a video, or says "cut the dead space", "remove the silences", "cut the ums", "jump cuts", "add captions" or "subtitles", "make this a reel", "add b-roll" or "motion graphics", "make a stop motion", "fix my audio", or drops raw footage that needs to become postable.Writing★ 109
- embedded-captionscoco-research/cocoAdd captions or subtitles to an existing single-subject talking-head video without editing the footage. Use for plain verbatim captions, cinematic captions embedded behind the subject, VFX captions, “炸/特效/酷炫字幕,” or a named identity from the 35-style catalog. Route by visual identity, not by backend engine. The quiet `anchor` rail is the default; embed every word only when the user explicitly wants a fully cinematic treatment. The workflow runs locally end to end, including transcription and subject matting; split multi-shot footage before applying it.Media★ 787
- hyperframesnexu-io/open-designCreate video compositions, animations, title cards, overlays, captions, voiceovers, audio-reactive visuals, and scene transitions in HyperFrames HTML. Use when asked to build any HTML-based video content, add captions or subtitles synced to audio, generate text-to-speech narration, create audio-reactive animation (beat sync, glow, pulse driven by music), add animated text highlighting (marker sweeps, hand-drawn circles, burst lines, scribble, sketchout), or add transitions between scenes (crossfades, wipes, reveals, shader transitions). Covers composition authoring, timing, media, and the full video production workflow. For CLI commands (init, lint, preview, render, transcribe, tts) see the hyperframes-cli skill.Media★ 103.9K
