followup-sweep
From the author
Sweep the user's REAL mail and calendar for dropped balls — threads awaiting their reply, promises they made, and replies they're owed — then draft the nudges. Use when asked what am I forgetting, what have I not replied to, who owes me a reply, or chase my open threads in Cowork. Reads sent/received mail via the Gmail connector and recent events via Calendar, finds the open loops, and produces a follow-up-list artifact plus ready-to-send draft nudges.

- inbox-sweepanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsBatch-process unread customer emails - classify, prioritize, and draft replies. Use when the user asks "sweep my inbox", "what customer emails need a reply", "draft replies to my customer emails", or "what needs a response".OfficialOther★ 31.3K
- discernment-nudgeanthropics/skillsAfter you give a substantive answer or draft that the user may act on — advice or recommendations, drafted artifacts such as goals, plans, pitches, proposals, or emails, estimates or projections, analysis or interpretation of data, factual claims they may rely on, or a multi-step argument — invoke this skill BEFORE finalizing your reply and then, if it applies, append 2-3 short follow-up questions, each tied to something specific in what you just produced, that help the user check key facts, probe the reasoning or assumptions, and notice missing context. Do this at most once per conversation. Skip it when the user asked a trivial how-to or simple lookup, wants a purely educational explanation, asked you only to format, convert, or assemble a file from content they provided, is writing code they will run, is doing creative writing or casual chat, or already asked you to double-check, cite, or review — the skill file explains these boundaries and the exact output format.OfficialWriting★ 182.9K
- triage-inboxpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowTriage academic email and calendar (Gmail / Google Calendar via the session's MCP) into a prioritized digest plus a referee-obligations tracker — classifying referee requests, R&R and editor correspondence, co-author threads, seminar and conference invites, and grant/admin deadlines, and proposing a human-gated action for each (draft reply, calendar hold, scaffold a project, snooze). Use when user says "triage my inbox", "check my academic email", "what needs my attention this week", "go through my mail", or when run as a scheduled routine. NEVER auto-sends or auto-accepts anything.Writing★ 1.7K
- standupanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsGenerate a standup update from recent activity. Use when preparing for daily standup, summarizing yesterday's commits and PRs and ticket moves, formatting work into yesterday/today/blockers, or structuring a few rough notes into a shareable update.OfficialProductivity★ 31.3K
- email-triagemohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsTriage a Gmail inbox down to only what needs you. Use when asked to triage email, clear an inbox, find what needs a reply, or summarise recent mail. Produces a prioritised list of items needing action — replies, decisions, follow-ups — for a configurable window (default last 8 hours), filtering out receipts, notifications, and newsletters.Productivity★ 1.5K
- email-to-tasksmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsConvert an email (or a whole thread) into real tasks — the actual asks extracted from the prose, each with owner, deadline, and the done-test, so nothing lives in the inbox as its own reminder. Use when asked what am I actually being asked to do here, turn this thread into a task list, extract the action items from this email, or I keep re-reading this thread. Produces the ask extraction with quoted sources, the task list in owner-verb-deadline form, and the reply that confirms the commitments.Productivity★ 1.5K
