new-skill
From the author
Scaffold a new brooks-lint analysis skill so it passes `npm run validate` and `npm run evals` on the first try — generates skills/{name}/SKILL.md (with the mandatory "Do NOT trigger for:" clause and a Process section citing guide step ranges) plus skills/{name}/{name}-guide.md (sequentially numbered steps), then appends paired eval scenarios. Triggers when the maintainer asks to "add a new skill", "scaffold a skill", or "create a brooks-lint mode". Do NOT trigger for: editing an existing skill's content, adding a single eval to an existing skill, or authoring skills for some other plugin.

aiqbench computes the trust score from public signals. It is not a security audit, so read a skill before you install it.

- create-skilldotnet/skillsScaffolds new agent skills for the dotnet/skills repository. Use when creating a new skill, generating SKILL.md files, writing a skill description that the runtime will actually route to, or setting up skill directory structures. Handles frontmatter generation, section templates, and validation guidance. Do not use for fixing a skill that already fails its evaluation (use improve-skill-quality) or for writing eval.yaml (use create-skill-test).Testing★ 5.8K
- sciagent-skill-creatorjaechang-hits/SciAgent-SkillsScaffold a new SciAgent-Skills entry. Picks pipeline/toolkit/database/guide template, creates skills/{category}/{name}/SKILL.md with valid frontmatter, appends the registry.yaml entry, runs validation. Enforces name uniqueness, kebab-case, description keyword rules, schema rules from AGENTS.md. TRIGGER when user says (any language): "add a SciAgent skill", "add a skill for <X>", "create new skill", "create a SKILL.md for <X>", "scaffold a skill", "new skill entry", "register a skill", "신규 skill 추가", "스킬 만들어줘", "스킬 생성", "skill 만들어", or any request to add a new SKILL.md to this repo. ALWAYS invoke this skill BEFORE writing to skills/ or registry.yaml. DO NOT TRIGGER when: editing existing entry's content (just edit the file directly); migrating an existing entry (read AGENTS.md "Migrating from Existing Entries" first); only updating registry.yaml without creating a new SKILL.md.Data★ 384

- skill-creatorhimself65/finance-skillsCreate, improve, and evaluate agent skills (SKILL.md plus reference files). Use this skill whenever the user wants to build, scaffold, or design a new skill, improve or fix an existing skill that isn't working well, score or benchmark a skill's quality or run evals on it, or turn a repeated manual workflow into a skill ("I keep doing X manually", "can you remember how to do X", "turn this into a skill").Design★ 3.5K
- creating-skilloaustegard/claude-skillsBuilds and revises a complete skill DIRECTORY — SKILL.md, scripts, references, assets — and packages it. Use for "create a skill for X", "turn this into a skill", "update/improve this skill", "why doesn't my skill trigger", "review this SKILL.md", "package this skill", or when a repeated procedure should become a reusable artifact. Enforces the structure that makes skills work — a concrete procedure rather than a goal statement, an explicit applicability boundary, failure modes with their signals, a runtime verification step, and a description checked against the existing catalogue for confusability. For choosing whether the instruction should be a skill at all rather than project instructions or a prompt, use crafting-instructions. For writing quality inside the prose, use writing-instructions.Writing★ 157
- new-scrolltmcfarlane/team-avatarIroh writing a new scroll for the library. Use for authoring or modifying a skill, writing or editing a SKILL.md, "create a skill", "add a skill to the plugin", "improve this skill's description", "split this skill into references", or a workflow you keep repeating that no skill captures yet. Covers frontmatter, description triggers, progressive disclosure, references and scripts, and skills that load the same way on Claude Code and Codex.Writing★ 111
