codonfm-score
From the author
Validate, prepare, or run public CodonFM Encodon masked-codon variant scoring and review compatibility of its scoring workflows. Use only when the user explicitly requests CodonFM or Encodon, or that context is already established in the conversation. Do not select this skill for a generic variant-scoring request without that context; ask for the variant and intended analysis first.

- codonfm-setupNVIDIA/skillsSet up the public CodonFM v1 repository and download public Encodon checkpoints. Use for requests to build or launch the CodonFM development container, configure local data/checkpoint mounts, verify GPU access, or download public Encodon 80M, 600M, 1B, or Cdwt-1B weights. Do not use for Decodon, Encodon 5B/10B, missense-aggregation, or codon-optimization setup because those implementations are not in the public repository.Other★ 3.7K
- code-review-and-qualityaddyosmani/agent-skillsConducts multi-axis code review. Use before merging any change. Use when reviewing code written by yourself, another agent, or a human. Use when you need to assess code quality across multiple dimensions before it enters the main branch. Use when asked to review a diff or a pull request, even when the diff is pasted inline.Engineering★ 109.1K
- dimensional-analysistrailofbits/skillsAudits code for unit and decimal-scaling bugs and annotates it with dimensional comments recording the units of each value. Use when someone asks to audit or review code for unit confusion, decimals or scaling mismatches, WAD/RAY scale errors, or the wrong token's decimals; to annotate units in a codebase; or to perform a dimensional analysis of a DeFi protocol, offchain code, or other arithmetic-heavy codebase. Catches formulas that combine values carrying different units or scales.Engineering★ 7.7K
- grade-testsdotnet/skillsGrade curated individual tests for readiness, A-F quality and improvements. ALWAYS USE FOR: grade tests, review only a named test, per-test readiness or quality bands for supplied methods, bodies, file spans or bounded PR diffs, including existing tests. Return Pass/Failed/Uncertain/Not applicable; unresolved/empty scopes omit grades. Compose read-only per-test evidence. Polyglot. DO NOT USE FOR: suite audits (test-engineer/test-anti-patterns), concrete fix/feature detection proof (test-value-evidence), writing/fixing tests, or coverage.Testing★ 5.7K
- test-value-evidencedotnet/skillsAssess tests for an identified code or test change, feature, PR or commit. USE FOR: review changed behavior or regression tests, prove pre-fix/missing behavior is detected, revision-bound red-green evidence. Polyglot. DO NOT USE without an identified change: hypothetical mutations or general suite blind spots (test-gap-analysis). Also exclude per-test readiness/A-F grades (grade-tests), coverage (coverage-analysis), new suites (code-testing), or mutation engines.Testing★ 5.7K
