Quantum measurement noise can speed up image generation, research suggests

In quantum computing, readout carries finite-shot sampling noise, and this paper turns that measurement noise into a resource by using it to replace noise a sampler would otherwise inject. On an eight-dimensional Gaussian mixture, the schedule achieves comparable generation quality with 303 shots per sample against a reference of 1.6× 10^6, about 5300 fewer.
