MOFCOM: Promoting a Healthy Competitive Landscape in E-Commerce Built on Quality, Service, and Supply
At a regular press conference held today by the Ministry of Commerce, spokesperson He Yadong said the ministry will foster a healthy competitive landscape in e-commerce that emphasizes quality, service, and supply. He said that next, the ministry will continue working with relevant departments and localities to implement the "Five Excellences" initiative and build a competitive landscape centered on quality, service, and supply, so that high-quality goods and services are easier for consumers to discover and choose, and merchants' investments in improving quality yield market returns. This will further activate consumer markets and create a virtuous cycle of "quality supply, quality service, and quality consumption," promoting the sustained and healthy development of China's e-commerce.
