Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of the People's Bank of China and Director General of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), stated at the opening ceremony of the 2026 Financial Street Forum Annual Meeting on October 19 that SAFE plans to launch a series of new measures building on existing policy improvements.
