National Consumer Confidence Platform Officially Launches

36Kr1 min read

The State Administration for Market Regulation has built the National Consumer Confidence Platform, which officially went live today. The platform integrates the full process of cultivating consumer-confidence practices set out in the Guidelines for Cultivating Consumer-Confidence Units and Clusters. Businesses can register on the platform, make online commitments and, after verification and public disclosure, take part in consumer-confidence pledges. The platform will generate a "one store, one code" consumer-confidence code for each business, along with a nationally unified consumer-confidence mark, for merchants to promote widely at their premises, using better commitments to drive more consumption. Consumers can search for the "Xiaofei Cha" mini program or scan a code offline to log in. Based on location, the platform will automatically display nearby consumer-confidence businesses, sorted into 8 categories of units, including retail, catering, accommodation and tourism, and 7 categories of clusters, including business districts, markets and scenic areas.
