Listed Brokerages Wrap Up Q3 Reports: Over 60% Post Dual Growth in Revenue and Profit, Performance Divergence Stands Out
On October 30, all 41 listed brokerages disclosed their third-quarter reports. In the first three quarters of 2026, listed brokerages as a whole maintained steady growth, with profit growth slightly outpacing revenue growth, though performance divergence among brokerages remained prominent. In the first three quarters, the 41 listed brokerages combined to earn revenue of 492.442 billion yuan, up 19.16% year on year, and combined net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 206.574 billion yuan, up 24.02% year on year. Net profit growth exceeded revenue growth by 4.86 percentage points. Structurally, more than 60% of listed brokerages achieved growth in both revenue and net profit, while seven saw declines in both and nine saw a decline in either revenue or net profit, indicating some brokerages face pressure on the revenue or profit side.
