Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Breaks Single-Voyage Record for Rollover Vehicle Exports
On October 8, the 'Changrongkou' vessel, fully loaded with 2,727 Chinese vehicles, departed from the Qinzhou port area of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port bound for Duqm Port in Oman, setting a new historical record for single-voyage rollover vehicle exports at the port. Located in southeastern Oman, this voyage went directly from Qinzhou to the Middle East without transshipment, arriving in approximately 15 days and opening an efficient new export channel for Chinese automotive enterprises to expand into the Middle Eastern market. In recent years, as the shipping network continues to improve and the sea-rail intermodal and road collection logistics systems are optimized, the radiation radius of Beibu Gulf Port's rollover business has expanded. Data shows that since the launch of the rollover business, a total of 10 voyages have been completed by September this year, exporting over 11,000 complete vehicles and construction machinery.
