This article focuses on tsrs, a Rust port of the TypeScript compiler developed by Cloudflare and VoidZero that delivers significant performance gains in speed and memory efficiency. The project emphasizes strict adherence to the original TypeScript language design while collaborating with the upstream team to share optimizations back to the main codebase.
