Lianxun Instruments Plans H-Share Issuance and Listing on HKEX Main Board
36Kr learned that Lianxun Instruments announced that its 10th meeting of the second board of directors approved proposals for issuing H shares and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The planned number of H shares to be issued does not exceed 10% of the company's total share capital after issuance (before exercise of the over-allotment option), with an over-allotment option of up to 15% of the aforementioned issuance shares. The issuance will be conducted via Hong Kong public offering and international placement of new shares. The net proceeds after deducting issuance expenses will be fully used for the company's business development. The proposals still require approval at the company's shareholders' meeting.
