Stock ETFs Keep Attracting Inflows as A-Shares Rally on Higher Volume on First Trading Day of November
On November 2, the first trading day of November, A-shares rebounded on higher volume, with major indexes all rising. The Shanghai Composite, Shenzhen Component and ChiNext Index each gained more than 1%, while the STAR Market Composite Index rose more than 2%. Short drama games, stock trading apps, Kimi and other concept sectors led the market higher, with over 4,600 stocks rising and more than 130 hitting the daily limit up. Market turnover reached 1.8 trillion yuan, clearly higher than the previous trading day. On the funding front, stock ETFs recorded cumulative net inflows of over 390 billion yuan in October, and main funds in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets saw net inflows of over 5 billion yuan on November 2. Analysts believe that with medium- and long-term funds actively entering the market, the market may gradually stabilize, and a pattern of sideways rotation trading that trades time for space may remain a phase-specific feature.
