aiqbench analysis

The announcement centres on an enterprise AI agent platform, so it falls within AI's scope. The notable pieces are a knowledge layer that links documents, emails, CRM records, and work orders into a shared context, and a multi-agent setup in which specialised agents divide tasks and check each other's output. Readers should treat both as product claims until there are benchmarks, deployment figures, or independent evaluations of how reliably they perform on real workflows.

According to 36Kr, on November 4, NetEase Smart Enterprise released three upgrades to its enterprise-grade AI Agent platform "King Crab" at the Zhejiang sub-forum of the 2026 World Internet Conference. The company launched its first hardware product, the Smart Work Badge, and introduced two new capabilities: the knowledge engine "Wandian" and Agent Team. The Smart Work Badge connects offline business information, such as customer visits and on-site services, to the AI system. "Wandian" links multi-source information, including documents, emails, work orders, CRM, and on-site communications, and draws on the logical and temporal relationships among that information to provide a basis for the Agent's judgment and execution. Agent Team coordinates multiple specialized Agents that divide labor, discuss, and cross-check each other to jointly advance complex tasks that span roles and steps.
