A+H Dual Listings Emerge as Key Capital Route, with Hard-Tech Companies Leading the Way
A growing number of A-share listed companies have gone public in Hong Kong this year. According to Wind data, 38 A-share companies have listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange so far this year, more than double the total for all of last year, raising a combined HK$261.231 billion, or 67.75% of total Hong Kong IPO fundraising over the same period. This marks the "A+H" model as an important capital route for A-share listed companies. Experts interviewed by reporters generally believe that the wave of A-share companies listing in Hong Kong this year is driven mainly by three forces: policy incentives, market appeal, and corporate strategy. Among the A-share companies listing in Hong Kong this year, hard-tech firms in fields such as AI computing power and semiconductors have been the main force. (Securities Daily)
