Agibot Raises in New Funding Round at $50 Billion Valuation, Delays IPO

36Kr1 min read

Investors say that embodied AI unicorn Agibot recently launched a new funding round of approximately 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan, nearing completion with the latest valuation around 50 billion yuan. In July 2026, Agibot announced preparations for its Hong Kong stock listing, with investors stating it expected to list as early as August at a target valuation of 40 billion to 50 billion HKD. According to relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, if a company completes new financing after submitting its listing application but before going public, unless granted special exemptions, it must wait 120 days after completing the financing before trading can commence. The aforementioned investor noted that this new funding round means Agibot cannot complete its IPO (Initial Public Offering) within this year. Regarding the new financing, valuation, and IPO progress, a representative of Agibot stated there is no response at present. (Financial Weekly)
