- mckinsey-market-research-decknorahe0304-art/30x-mckinsey-research-deckEnd-to-end playbook for producing a top-tier, McKinsey-style market-research deck (HTML page-turning presentation + print-ready PDF) for a brand or product category. Covers the research methodology (TAM/SAM/SOM bottom-up, Good/Better/Best framework, competitor profiling, customer pain points, unit economics, business case), the locked McKinsey visual design system, a reusable Python deck engine, an adversarial verify workflow for decision-grade numbers, an image-generation handoff, and a full QC checklist. Use when the user asks to "do market research", build a "market research deck / report", a "McKinsey-style deck / presentation", a "GBB / Good-Better-Best analysis", "market sizing", "competitive landscape deck", "投资/商业案例 deck", or to turn research into a polished slide deck or PDF.Documente★ 55

Use when the user wants a "McKinsey-style deck / presentation", a polished slide deck or PDF from notes/content, an executive/board/investor deck, or to "make slides / a deck / a PDF report" with a premium consulting look. - ppt-masteradriannoes/awesome-agentic-aiAI-driven presentation workflow for generating editable PPTX decks and slides, reconstructing page visuals, creating reusable Brand/Style/Layout/Deck workspaces, filling native PPTX templates, and enhancing finished PPTX files. Use when the user asks to create, generate, reconstruct, regenerate, beautify, redesign, template, fill, or enhance a presentation, PPT, PPTX, slide deck, or courseware — including adding narration or animation to one — requests a presentation-authored narrated/self-running video, or mentions ppt-master.Documente★ 89
- md2pptKerberosClaw/kc_ai_skillsUse when the user wants to turn a Markdown report into a presentation-quality .pptx via interactive design decisions and a reusable hand-coded build script. Drives pre-analysis, global style choices, optional per-slide layout dialogue, python-pptx composition, and optional LibreOffice render self-check. NOT a generic auto-converter, NOT for PDF output, and NOT a fixed brand-template pipeline — brand integration is handled ad hoc through helper primitives.Documente★ 79
- consultantappautomaton/presentationThink and deliver like a management consultant from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. Use when the user wants to: (1) Structure a business problem with hypothesis-driven decomposition, (2) Run strategy analysis with professional frameworks: market sizing, competitive landscape, financial modeling, SWOT, Porter's, (3) Build MBB-quality deliverables: executive summaries, strategy deck outlines, decision memos, (4) Apply firm-specific methodology: McKinsey verdict-first, BCG framework-first, or Bain decision-first, (5) Package analysis for non-consulting audiences: investor pitches, board presentations, conference talks. Produces structured analysis and deliverable CONTENT. For visual production, hand off to a delivery skill for slides, documents, or spreadsheets.Documente★ 65
